What kind of beer is everyone drinking tonight? (3 Viewers)

Stone Crime and Stone Punishment.

Bourbon casked aged Arrogant and Double Arrogant Bastards. Oh me oh my I'm in heaven.
Holy #### this stuff is infused with (hot ###) peppers. First sip blew my mind. Definitely a good sipping beer for the beautiful game. Now on to Black Butte and Velvet Merlin.
:lmao: I was wondering why you left that part out of your first description. I hear that thing is hot as hell.
I got one unsuspecting person to try it, but after seeing his face nobody else would touch a drop. It was an experience. Sierra Nevada harvest last night. Pretty hoppy and good, but wouldn't go out of my way for it again.

Got my KBS tickets! My buddy who is going out there with me also clicked right at 11 but must have been a few seconds late. He missed it.

Firestone Walker Parabola
How is this years batch?Hippiling over.

Had stone matts burning rosids. Really wanted to like it, meh.

In Chicago last week had lots of goose island. Green line good, 312 good, they seemed to have picked up their game. Founders stout was awesome.

Last night was a bottle of Central Waters Birdhouse Coffee stout and a revolution Fiestas. This evening a collared bottle of New Glares Thumbprint Chocolate Abbey.

Had two pours of Pliny the Younger last night thanks to a heads up from Seabowski. Outstanding.

I went somewhere else after that and had three more Youngers, and a Consecration, and a Mephistopheles, then back home for some Keene Idea, and Nelson. Next day not so good….

My mom brought me some Troegs Nugget Nectar, FatHeads Head Hunter IPA, and Brew Kettle White Rajah IPA from Ohio for Mardi Gras wedding this weekend. I love you, mom.

Finally bought a 6er of Odell Runoff Red IPA. Bitter on the first sip or two but really diggin the hops and finish.

Hey Texas folk: drink Odell - they're finally available in your market.

So now I've got a dozen or so infected/sour coffee stouts, if anyone is into that sort of thing and wants to trade. The curse of Peruvian Morning strikes again - 3rd year running for me. Fool me thrice?

Great Lakes Chillwave - run don't walk to get this if you're a hop head

Revolution Jukebox Hero black IPA. Incredible.

Drinking the rest of my 2014 Peruvian Morning today. It's still ok. If you have any, drink it now. When the 2012 went bad, it became undrinkable IMO.

Cool of them to be honest about it.

Rockmill brewery plus seventh son brewery equals urban cowboy belgian stout. Urban cowboy belgian stout equals awesome.

Interesting new addition in Chicago coming this Spring. Geno's East has taken over the old Michael Jordan's building on La Salle and is opening its own brewery.

My cynical side says they've had plenty of practice the past few years, but you're right of course. I still love the guys at CW and will continue to buy vast quantities of the brand, but I'll not be parting with $15 for a 4-pack of PM ever again. There are too many great coffee stout options out there competing for the few I buy each year.

I had their Brewhouse, which was excellent. I have a four pack of Peruvian morning I purchased two weeks ago guess I know what I will be working on this weekend. I should have invested in their Barleywine instead.

I went looking for Chillwave. It was called Alchemy Hour last year and it was great. I am sure you knew that already.

Anyway, couldn't find it at my local store but settled for a couple of 4-packs of Abrasive instead.

I wish they would make it to Chicago. Love their stuff
Yea bummer - maybe soon enough! Pardon my bragging about Odell's new Wolf Picker experimental pale ale that's included in a sweet little 12 pack sampler... Delicious session beer for the evening.

Cheers everybody!

parabola comes out tomorrow, i happen to be in the brewery vicinity next week, anyone have knowledge on if the supply might last that long?

Drakes Oaked Hopocalypse

Drakes Jolly Rodger

Drakes 1500

Had a few other Drakes beers at their 1st Friday, but I don't remember the names. :banned:

Now I'm at home drinking a Deschutes Red Chair NWPA

Working my way through three Hollister growlers. Yesterday was the 543 Haight st. IPA, today it's Hip Hop DIPA.

Tomorrow, the beer is aptly named. Wife is out of town and I'm alone with my 11 month old. So I'll be drinking a growler of Asleep At The Wheel Pale Ale

Maine Brewing MO and Three Floyds Rich Life. (the Rich Life has officially kicked me in the balls). Probably move next to Peruvian Morning to kill these infected beers before they get too bad. Love supporting local breweries especially Central Waters, but these misses on Peruvian Morning is a downer.
