so they can play him week one? Sounds like some of the owners in my leagues who do roster cut downs at the VERY last minute... JUST IN CASE!He's being held off the 53-man roster for now just because they can, to keep a couple extra guys on the roster for now, or whatever. But if that's why, no idea why that would be listed as "suspended".Any special reason why he's showing as "suspended" on MFL?
Right, he's on the Commissioner's Exempt List (which is usually used for suspended players), but it means he doesn't occupy one of the 53 slots. The Cowboys can activate him any time, though, and cut down then.
I always do my cutdowns in at most the last few hours, if not the last few minutes, and I certainly would do similarly if I were managing an NFL roster.so they can play him week one? I mean, doesn't DAL already know who they'll cut for him?

Dak Prescott on CeeDee Lamb’s added muscle weight: “He’s wearing a lot more sleeveless shirts. As long as the speed is there, and it looks like it is (in practice), I’m fine with however big he is.”
On getting back in a rhythm with CeeDee: “We’ve had three practices. Good to go.”
I got him for $48.I'm going to have to offer like $70+ to get this dude in my @$200 budget auction league, aren't I? Better change my team name from CeeDee EffGee since I'm not willing to pony up that kind of dough for this guy.

Bid him up from $38 with a big jump to $48 to get things progressing a little quicker and all the sudden everyone just shut down.

Unsurprising. Probably worth it.Went 1.1 in my draft Wednesday
He fell to pick 1.6 to me last week, before he resigned , i was beyond thrilledUnsurprising. Probably worth it.Went 1.1 in my draft Wednesday
My keep-4 10-team auction league has 11 starters. Basically 2 QB, 8 RB/WR/TE and 1 defense. Plus 9 bench spots. Even with a $250 cap, bidding on whatever studs are available usually tops out around $60.I suggest adding more starting requirements, like another RB and another WR or 2 more WRs or Flex II. Top players like CeeDee and Tyreek in auction leagues should not go for more than 20% of budget in my opinion. I think more starting positions would require auction drafters to adjust and not bid so high, or if they don't adjust and still way overpay their team will suffer significantly if they put that much money into a top player. Or maybe I'm just lucky they don't go for more than that in my auction league.
"Cowboys head coach Mike McCarthy said Wednesday that Lamb, who remains on the reserve/commissioner's exempt list, is "building up to Sunday," Jon Machota of The Athletic reports.
Advice: After agreeing to a four-year, $136 million extension last week, Lamb was placed on the aforementioned exempt list, and the Cowboys consequently were granted a two-game roster exemption. There's an expectation that the wide receiver will return to the active roster in time for Sunday's game at Cleveland, but such a move has yet to come to pass.

It’s a list Goodell exclusively controls, and from everything I’ve read Lamb is fully expected to be activated prior to sunday’s game.

That was the word I saw yes.Did the Cowboys keep an extra man on the roster? Maybe let the last two guys on the bubble duke it out for a few more days?
Last update on FBG is he was "limited" on Monday but no injury designation. That was the word I saw yes.Did the Cowboys keep an extra man on the roster? Maybe let the last two guys on the bubble duke it out for a few more days?
It’s CeeDee lamb. Gettting him 1.06 was a gift even if he missed the flight this weekend.Y'know, IIRC you're kinda the reason I picked him at 1.06 in my SF draft last Saturday. I could have taken Lamar Jackson (again, SF first four picks were Allen, Mahomes, McCaffrey, Hurts & Tyreek), ARSB, Breece Hall, Bijan Robinson... and you worry that I don't love you, brother.

WTF Roger?
Apology accepted.
He is playing the New York football Giants so yeah he should be good for 150 and two touchdowns at minimum.I fully expect a "get right" game this week.
That's not an unlikely scenario if the defense keeps playing this badly.I'd like to see him average 100 yards and a TD in every game left on the schedule...in a losing effort. F Dallas! Go Skins!!!![]()
Now that Hill is no longer # 1 with Tua injury I have Lamb at # 1Still the #1 WR?
Jefferson to me…especially when the other weapons return. Oh boyStill the #1 WR?
I never said low but I think he’s more attainable.Who is selling CeeDee Lamb low? And what type of package do you think gets him?
If I'm the Lamb owner I take that in a second.Jefferson for Lamb straight up?
Just have a feeling that Lamb is going to be putting up better numbers due to Dak>Darnold. If I'm the Lamb owner I take that in a second.Jefferson for Lamb straight up?
I'm not 100% sure that is true TBH. Maybe a slight nod to Dak but it's closer than most might think. Both have pretty decent schedules coming up.Just have a feeling that Lamb is going to be putting up better numbers due to Dak>Darnold. If I'm the Lamb owner I take that in a second.Jefferson for Lamb straight up?
No one is going to do this but you can try.G Wilson & Kraft get Lamb? I think its worth trying. Hes got no TE
Wilson & Laporta? Is that too much?
