Totally get this. I've met a number of Hollywood celebs over the course of my life/career. What is uncanny is that they are more often than not a lot more attractive in person than on screen, which is often hard to believe.

I actually talked my parents into buying tickets for an ice skating exhibition because Witt was going to be performing.  They couldn’t figure out why I was suddenly so interested in skating. But puberty and Ms. Witt’s Olympic success hit at about the same time. 

A few years later her Playboy issue instantly became an all time favorite.
