I liked when he was pointing to the top of the stands - as a little tribute to where he normally puts that shot.
The human embodiment of the phrase “even a blind squirrel finds a nut some days.”  See also, Seb Larsen and free kicks.

AWB sees RED!  United down to 10 men!

Lunged in and landed on the top of the foot/ankle area.  I will let you guys decide if it is red or not....

It looks like they are playing on carpet and everyone is slipping or fighting with the ball at their feet.

Just need to organize and put in a shift.  4 more subs available so they should be able to see it out.  Dalot on for Sancho so there is a lot of Portuguese power out there!

Looks like Varane will come on so will go with a 5-3-1

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE let your words ring true

I mean - you see a lot of bad mistakes but I'm not sure it gets any worse than that.  A back pass to the keeper with one minute left that goes directly to the other teams striker.  Unbelievable.  He literally could have done anything else and the game is probably over  :lmao: :lmao:

Man U had an xG of 0.00 after the red card.

Added Link.
They had 2 attempts on goal for the game I think, both before the card.

Ole went in with a strong team and some rotation trying to get off to a good start.  It went wrong horribly wrong with the red and the lingard.

I also don't want to use the pitch as an excuse but they really struggled with it.  The ball bounces and moves differently than grass.  I think United let it get to them.  But as professionals, they should have been able to adjust and play.

And  :censored:  any OleOut "fans" .

saw it this past weekend from Aston Villa who gifted Kovacic a goal.

fwiw... (and lol at the choice of word)

...But the FA have confirmed they will be uphold Struijk's ban, meaning the 22-year-old will miss the club's next three games against Newcastle United, Fulham (cup) and West Ham United.

Reacting to news of this official verdict, Elliott defended Struijk once again and insisted that he believes the wrong call has been made.

"Sorry about this Pascal. I think it's wrong! But it'll soon blow over brother and you'll be back in no time smashing it again. Keep positive," said the Reds' midfielder on Instagram.
