BassnBrew is right. Che is wrong. It is a contest of skill, so there does not need to be a "no purchase" means of entry. The law goes like this- gambling (normally illegal) has three elements:1)Chance2)consideration- what you pay or buy to enter3)prizeIf all three of those elements are present, its gambling, and normally illegal and/or highly regulated by the authorities.Remove one element, however, and its not gambling- and usually legal. The contests, with the means for free entry, accomplish this by allowing you to send in a free entry by postcard, etc., instead of paying for a coke (element 2).This contest does it by removing element 1). This is a contest of skill not chance. (Similar to dart popping balloon games at carnivals. Sure, there is some luck (e.g. what prize is in the balloon), but skill affects the results of the game.)That being said, please make my $15k check out to "T. Piper." Thanks.
