heh at least I did the proper setup all thread.

What can ya do.  The injuries did seem to be piling up for me.  Probably will hurt more to see how the other entry for ConstruxBoy was doing - bet it has smashed the cut every week since it was knocked out.

Brutal week as I lost in all 4 fantasy leagues as well.  The Bengals were lucky to have a bye.

Good luck folks!

What was your score?

Wow that last touchdown sucked!

140.35 final!

I somehow man the cut with a huge injury list and no QB this week. See how the rest goes.

sorry Quiz was pulling hard for you.

Thought I had the depth to make a run, but guys who were carrying me in the first few weeks couldn't get it done. Unless there's some scoring change, at 140.1 I'm done.

GL all

Sorry QG. Hoping Mariota (@ Browns next week), and Bradford (home-Steelers wk 8) get me through their byes and one of them kicks ### per week ROS. Don't think there's a prayer without that happening.

Over by .05 and only a couple other people, if this is the final number. Each week I get closer to the cut line. Not really looking to push it any tighter.

Good Luck to the rest of you involved with this thread.  Always a favorite contest of mine.  I just couldn't overcome the Winston injury and DJ/Parker/Diggs coupled with some Seahawks/Bills bye's I scheduled early.

Sorry to see several great posters fail to advance. Hopefully some will stay involved in the thread because your views are always appreciated.

Reviewing my roster, only three players have an alive percentage less than the overall percentage of 37.14%. Those three are Mariota 36.2%, Ingram 31.2% and Perriman 27.4%. Only 34 remaining teams have Perriman, who has been a great disappointment yet again. Surprised that only 84 remaining teams have Ingram, who looks to be strong for the rest of the season.

Good luck to everyone remaining and thanks for being Footballguys.com subscribers.

Shocked this many regulars got clipped.  That said, 60%+ have been booted off the island.  The eliminations amass quickly.  On to the meat of the bye weeks.

This is the smallest roster I have had in this contest @ 20 players.  I lost DJ early, but still felt good because others were scoring...  Now with AP blowing up, losing Marshall and whiffing on Jamal Charles I think my fate will be sealed soon...

I've managed to avoid the catastrophic injuries (knock on wood) but the smaller, less notable injuries have seriously eroded my depth just as byes have started. Words that have never been uttered in this sequence in the history of the English language: "I really need Jordan Mathews, Smallwood, and Powell to get healthy" and "Cordarelle really came up big for me this week".

I survived 94$ missing this week. Bryant is  the only one I have on your list. I am hoping a trade comes and he plays a bit more. My receivers are garbage.

Parker and Crowder, with 150 other teams.

Really glad Mariota looks to be back, enough to be on the field anyway, with Stafford headed to bye.

Kyle Juicezzzz and fleener are my only two unused now with Taylor and Rosas finally doing something.

The handy calcomatic had me way below the cutline at one point, figured i was out and shrugged. Just went back in to see how close it ended up being and was pleasantly surprised to see i was still in.

I've been playing this most every year for a long time.... and I think this is the farthest I've ever gotten.

so... I have that going for me lol.

To those regulars who fell to the Turk stick around enjoy the insite! As for me I'm still breathing but I feel like a dead man walking with just mccafery and hunt as only rbs getting carries ( mixion injury would be nice to make hill not useless ) other positions are picking up the slack ( back to back top 600 finishes ) but Winston injury could leave me QB less during Wentz bye witch I'm sure is a death nail this late in contest.,. Btw sorry quiz guy bad beat city

Can Anyone beat 65pts combined from all their defence this week lol. Lol ok let's say with under 5 def picked.

Saints saved my ### this week and get Rogersless GB next week.

Crazy week for k and d. I had 47 and that was probably just average.
I hadn't noticed. I thought I was doing good with just under 30! Generally speaking, I think 10 points each is pretty fair.

with the Lions and saints both cheap, widely owned and scored high (not to mention the Rams and probably others)  and a dozen kickers scoring in the double digits it was a good week there.

I've averaged 16ppw for my kicker (which includes a 29 point week) but you're right that defenses usually don't score high.

Greg the Leg has helped lessen the blow of losing Sturgis. I am still holding out hope that Sturgis gets designated to return from IR, but Jake Elliott has looked pretty good.

I might've screwed up on defenses. I had the Saints at different points, but ended up going with Tennessee and Cleveland instead (plus Detroit - which has counted for 5 out of 6 weeks). I got all excited about Myles Garrett in Cleveland. He seems to be making an instant impact, though, so I guess there is hope.

We'll see how long I keep limping along - probably not any later than wk9, when Kizer & Bell are on bye.

We share 17 of the same players.

With hunt ownership now higher then the cutline it will be funny to watch it move tonight with each carry. His dynamic is facanating to me for example being that him and mccafery will likely be the only rbs to count for me this week I need him to go off .... other deeper owners wouldn't mind a goose egg witch situation are you ? :)

Lol it depends because the flex options come into play. Because I have 2 RB this week that will count and more than enough WR and TE to fill flex I guess it would help for the few non owners to stick around and a goose egg will help that.

However at this point if all 250 finalists don't have Hunt I'll be surprised so it rather him just go off for 30points and fill a spot vs a 5pt (shutdown game) or worse getting hurt. I'm just shooting for the highest score possible.

I think the worse that could happen (for me) is he tossed up a 15 point game because then he is just taking a spot almost anyone else could fill and raises the cut bar in no way that helps me.

now my head hurts, I'm just gonna hope the saints throw up another 30pt game against The >Aaron Rogers.

Despite stupidly not choosing Hunt for RB (Sproles?? WTF??), and spending big on DJ and Olsen, I am somehow still alive through 6 weeks, including surviving the Turk by 3 points in week 4 and 1 point in week 6.

My big (cheap) saviors? Cohen, Hogan, Kittle, and the Lions DEF

My non-contributors to date: Winston (Smith and/or Goff has outscored him every week), DeAndre Washington, Zay Jones, Goodwin, Olsen, and the Titans DEF.

I need him to score enough to ensure that the field ties me at that spot (be it RB or flex). My team depth is limited at this juncture.
