In order of PK ability, this is how i feel is the best way to setup PKs

PKs SHOULD BE MADE..there's more pressure at three after some are potentially missed. Therefore your best player goes there.

there should be a sniper in the stadium and anytime a player stutter steps on a pk he plucks them in the calf.

He got benched in 2017 - but it was mostly because he couldn't be trusted to save a wayward John Stones pass back to the keeper.  There was a 3-4 game stretch where he had no saves - and no clean sheets...

Wasn't following closely enough to know he was benched, but assumed so after reading that.

He fell behind Ter Stegen towards the end of his tenure at Barcelona.  But his failure at Man City, particularly considering how he has been the last two summers, is pretty shocking.  Just lights out today.

The very nature of short form tournaments adds some variance for even the best of teams.

That makes Germany's run of 8 straight tournaments in which they have made at least the semi finals an incredible feat.

2010: World Cup: 3rd Place

2012: Euro's: Semi Finals (no 3rd place game)
