2024 NCAA Tournament - Second Quarters Draft - Filled! (1 Viewer)

Here's a comparison of the 2 quarter drafts
As noted previously, Dayton has the biggest gap in draft slots. The only other one that is close is Washington State.
8 teams were selected in the exact same draft slot. There's seems to be agreement on how the East falls (other than WSU)

I think I should at least avoid a bloodbath w/r/t how much I end up owing someone. As a new entrant, I was surprised/alarmed at how early and often the lowly seeded teams were selected.
I don't know if any of you have ever done the rotoguru Market Madness contest (it's fun), but I'm sure to be going long on the #4 seed.

It's because of how rapidly they can win you quarters when they win. If a 10 seed makes it to the finals, they won you $262. If a 1 seed makes it, they won you only $26 in contrast.

I think we all were. If any of us liked Clemson then I wouldn't have been fortunate to get them in thr 7th and I wasn't happy about taking them. I wanted North Carolina, but couldn't justify two number 1 seeds.

I played around with it a bit yesterday. There is also a data capture function: =importrange("1DyuuT9zPSh9RdzrAF_1bY6HhyuYKckL3E6wr-sGKZTs","Men 2024 Tournament Data!A:Z")
I might try and incorporate it next year using the Winning Team column (H) to automatically populate my spreadsheet. Hell, I might play around with it this week.
The only downside I can see going forward (assuming I can get this to work and I think I can) is that you've got to wait until his data is available to ensure that your team names match up exactly (e.g., Florida Atlantic vs Fla Atlantic vs FAU).
