That was about a 4 hour ballgame right there. Who really has that kind of time in this day and age?

National League baseball at it's finest - double switches, position changes, bullpen usage, short bench issues - all of the rules of real baseball in playThat was about a 4 hour ballgame right there. Who really has that kind of time in this day and age?
Pitchers hitting kind of sucks.National League baseball at it's finest - double switches, position changes, bullpen usage, short bench issues - all of the rules of real baseball in play
Mikolas with a double and a beauty bunt in the inning that they scored. It's the little things.Pitchers hitting kind of sucks.
All NL no hitters oughta come with an asterisk.
Gomes was so bored waiting for him he was literally tapping the ground waiting. That was awful. It’s not like Buehler was due up next eitherWhoever sent taylor home needs to be fired,
Dodgers going to start Buehler game 1. Seems like an odd choice.

Martinez took care of that by bringing Rodney in. Game over.Still 2 2/3 innings to show his true colors.
I see your point but they were talking about the decision to start Buehler in game 1. "Odd choice". "Idiot".Still 2 2/3 innings to show his true colors.
But, could he hear the drums on a starry night?Valenzuela was the best Fernando.
We love this hotel. Always stay there when we go to games. Great pool and outdoor bar.Joe Mammy said:Got my tix for Mon nite at the Trop, lowers on the 3rd base line for $100 each. I think that is very reasonably priced for playoffs. Reserved a suite at the Hollander which provides shuttle to the game and it's also $5 Martini Monday at the hotel!
Joe Mammy said:I went to games 1,2 and 7 in the '97 WS when the Marlins beat the Indians. What I remember the most is singing "We are the Champions" along with 40,000 other drunks until the wee hours in Joe Robbie Stadium.
The best team money ever bought.
Just proves he shouldn't have tried to warm up on the mound.
But the heroes were Livan, Counsell and Renteria![]()

Livan hernandez didnt even pitch well in that series. Worst series mvp ever. But the heroes were Livan, Counsell and Renteria
Whenever I see that putz in the orange junk on his phone behind every home plate somehow, to calm myself I think of these great young players and that WS finish
Perhaps (my memory fails here).. I'll give him half credit for getting them there..Livan hernandez didnt even pitch well in that series. Worst series mvp ever.

Al Leiter was the stud who carried the team. And nobody got hotter at the plate than Sheffield.Livan hernandez didnt even pitch well in that series. Worst series mvp ever.
All I remember about that playoffs and series is the strike zone was about 3 miles wide.Al Leiter was the stud who carried the team. And nobody got hotter at the plate than Sheffield.
Scheffield got robbed of the MVP that year for sure(although I would listen to a case for Alou).Al Leiter was the stud who carried the team. And nobody got hotter at the plate than Sheffield.
Glasnow has been dominant since his return from injury. For that matter he was lights out before he hurt his arm early in the season. He looks like he can dunk a bball without leaving his feet. This Rays pitcher is good. Don’t know him.
Glasnow? Former Pirates wunderkind. Dude owns a nice 1.78 ERA though he was hurt a great deal of the year. This Rays pitcher is good. Don’t know him.
They had some solid contact on him.Glasnow? Former Pirates wunderkind. Dude owns a nice 1.78 ERA though he was hurt a great deal of the year.
Yeah, the Astros are pretty good too. They had some solid contact on him.
d'arnaud ----- at the games we yell, c'mon DAAAAAARRRRRRRRRNNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!One of the funnest names in baseball to say out loud: Edgar Renteria
Better hop to it. He’s only going 4 or 5 since he’s recently off the IL.Nice contact again by Chirinos. I say they get to this guy when he tires a bit.
6’8” though with heat. I’m impressed.
