And let's think about this... if reports are all true and McD has had personal conflict with Waller, Renfrow and Carr.... Waller seems like a pretty easy guy to get alone with by I could maybe see personality conflict.... Carr and Renfrow strike me as the type of guys that go out of their way to not have conflict with other people and be friendly to everyone.
I was easily the biggest voice against hiring McD around these thread. Once we hired him, I tried to keep an open mind and there were some things that I picked up on that hopefully pointed towards me being wrong. It appears I wasn't. I saw an anonymous player quote about the Bears game "it is the worst feeling on offense when the defense calls out your plays and knows what you are running. Chicago did that constantly." That is pathetic and inexcusable for NFL level offenses these days.
McD is a failure as a HC. I don't see any redemption either. This isn't a case of he needs more time to build the team up, this is the guy is out of his depth as a NFL HC. At this point, I don't see why he is even worthy of a OC position once he is gone.
The problem with us looking in and making assumptions about how people are in real life, is we don’t know squat about them. Did anyone have chandler jones is conspiracy fruitcake on their bingo card? Speaking to your Waller comment, I know plenty of addicts and recovered addicts. They don’t tend to have the most stable baselines. i have no clue what waller is like personally. Carr outside his raiders bubble is starting to show cracks in his Saint carr persona. Renfrow? Who knows. Seems likeable but he might be a raging a hole on the down low.
and don’t forget, all of these guys are type A competitors fighting for a very limited number of jobs. Fighting to feed their families(in the manor that they’re accustomed to

) When it comes down to it, if mcD is f’ing with their livelyhoods(he is) there’s going to blow back. no matter who is “right”
