Seems pretty reasonableHarden re-signs for 2/$70M with the Clippers.
Right, they can have space next season, but that would basically mean punting on this offseason, since they could only sign 1 year dealsYeah, I'm no cap guy, but from what I understand they can spend next offseason as well.Unless they are willing to forgo using their space this year at all, they are not going to have a lot of ways to add talent, after 2 years from now, assuming Paolo, Franz and Suggs get paid, so they may as well maximize this offseason even if it makes them expensive in two yearsI guess get them in contention. Perhaps PG does get them on the cusp of NY, but still below Boston, imo.Push them over the top or gets them to the final 4? Because the top for this team isn’t the 2025 season but the next 3-4 years after.1. Sign KCP/Beasley/Klay/Heild/Harris to 2 year contract to retain cap flexibility.
2. Call up Utah and Milwaukee and see what it takes for Markinen or Lopez.
They need shooting and with Paolo and Franz as your building blocks, you don't have a ton of spots to add them outside of PG (FA class is awful) and a stretch 5 (I don't love Wendell Carter)
I have no interest in PG because I don't think PG pushes them over the top*
I have my concerns about Hartenstein as a fit in Orlando. He seems like a good player but if he can't shoot the 3, I am not interested.
*I reserve the right to change my tune if he somehow ends up in Orlando
Twitter ppl seem to think PG is headed for Philly anyhow.
Hold the line until next season. I know it's not sexy but what's one more year?
Last year's team might have been my favorite team of all time.
If they can convince Klay or KCP to do a 1-1 deal, this would be a way to see if Franz and Paolo can actually coexist in the playoffs. It's all about those 2 plus Suggs and then young guys. People forget they have 2 lottery guys basically just breaking in.
I'm all about adding talent but there is no perfect answer to their questions.
Chris Haynes reporting the Bulls offered Levine for Wiggins and Paul, but Warrior said no thanks we’d rather just waive Paul instead.
Kings are working on a trade with the Pelicans for Brandon Ingram. Not sure how he’d fit with Fox and Sabonis.

The Jazz are planning to waive center Omer Yurtseven, source tells ESPN. Another center into the free agency market.
Wonder if teams are finally taking the tampering charges seriously.PG is holding things up!
Or alternatively, the league let everyone know they were going put the hammer down.Wonder if teams are finally taking the tampering charges seriously.PG is holding things up!
True. Plus with the new rules allowing teams to negotiate with their own players early this year, lots of big moves have happened already (OG, Siakam, Monk, Quickley, etc). Makes it seem slower than usual. Those would have all been in the big 6pm/3pm news dumps in previous years.Or alternatively, the league let everyone know they were going put the hammer down.Wonder if teams are finally taking the tampering charges seriously.PG is holding things up!

Truly baffled by the release of this news right now@mikeascotto
Breaking: The Philadelphia 76ers and free agent center Andre Drummond have agreed to a two-year, $10+ million deal, league sources told @hoopshype. Drummond gets a player option Year 2. During his career, Drummond has been a two-time All-Star and a four-time rebounding

I wouldn't mind if the Spurs sign Batum for a season to be a Sherpa for the youngest roster in the league, especially Sochan. Currently, he just happens to be practicing with Wemby and the rest of the French national team. I'd say there's a chance.Retiring?Kelly Iko says batum will not return to Sixers . That sucks
Since they didn’t say, I assume it’s for the minimum. Seems like kind of a bad guy, though maybe the latest charges were a little overblown. Who knows, but interesting either wayDrummond to the 76ers. 2 year 10 million
Kevin Porter 2 years to the Clippers. I don't see money yet.
Magic get kcp! 3/66

How do you expect the kroenkes to feed their family?RIP Nuggets?
That's a massive loss/hole for them now, especially coming off losing Bruce Brown last season.
Maybe a sign and trade? Would love to see another threat in the East.Seems like that takes the magic out of the PG derby
Was there any real reason that the nuggets could not have matched that kcp deal?
Kroenkes are cheap and that would have kept them in the 2nd apron. Was there any real reason that the nuggets could not have matched that kcp deal?
Don’t worry. Word is they might trade for Westbrook.Kroenkes are cheap and that would have kept them in the 2nd apron. Was there any real reason that the nuggets could not have matched that kcp deal?
I would be ****ing furious. A team without shooting trading for him.... Sounds like something they would do.Don’t worry. Seems like being in the 2nd apron would be ok for this year and then figure it out later. I guess they can surely find the best player in the league in the second round again in the future.Kroenkes are cheap and that would have kept them in the 2nd apron. Was there any real reason that the nuggets could not have matched that kcp deal?

If it makes you feel better, the lakers won the title with KCP as a starter and decided to move on from him in favor of Westbrook and it worked out great.I would be ****ing furious.
