One who wants to see their child become the next Hollywood star.So.... What kind of parent allows their 14 year old kid go to an actor's party alone?
In that the series is ending, yes.I don’t watch the show but does this mean Netflix will kill off his character?
The dynamite, it goes boom. This is my guess. I have a friend of a friend (straight maie) who claims to have had a very creepy run-in with him one time. Says Spacey wanted to have his way with him and was very aggressive and made it super uncomfortable to be around him. I think about it every time I see him.
I wouldn't be at all surprised to learn that Travolta, Cruise, etc swing both ways, but that doesn't make them a sexual predator. Spacey seems more like that type to me.
Hanrahan?Epic Problem said:So did IFC always have Se7en scheduled for multiple showings today or are they just playing the news cycle?
Also extra creepy to listen the Spacey talk about pederasts with such disdain
Hollywood is poised to out the A-list star who raped tragic ’80s child starCorey Haimand has brazenly gotten away with the abuse for almost three decades. RadarOnline is choosing not to name the superstar sexual predator at this time, but can reveal that he is one of the most recognizable faces in the industry. In what would be the biggest development yet in exposing the seedy underbelly of organized pedophilia at the heart of Tinseltown, people close to the late Haim — who died in 2010 of a drug overdose at the age of 38 — are threatening to out the pedophile who raped the teen prodigy. If they do, it would inevitably become one of the biggest pedophile scandals in America’s history. The closeted perv has never come out as gay — and even has children of his own. But in truth, the star behind the family-man facade is an evil monster who has led an extraordinarily twisted double-life. He was the “kingpin” of a child sex ring that ensnared Haim and Corey Feldman, multiple sources have told Radar over the span of a gut-wrenching, four-year investigation into the Hollywood scandal and cover up. “This dirty little secret is an open secret among so many in the biz,” revealed one showbiz insider. Reporters from Radar have spoken to dozens of sources, who have revealed how Haim pinpointed his depraved abuser in the final years of his troubled life.
So tired of the "we know who it is but, we aren't saying!" What is the purpose?btw... just a reminder that spacey isn't the guy. I dont think![]()

they actually decided to do that just todayAerial Assault said:You're being a bit silly. They announced immediately after the allegations that the show was history, and that wasn't preordained. Cancelling the season under production would violate contracts and throw crew members out of work.
Wow.
Wow, the stories here are so creepy and there are just so many. He made a bit of a reputation for himself.jamny said:

this is just the first major setback. There will be many, many more. In ten years we'll look back at this as just the tip of the spear.
Experienced? These rich Hollywood guys are idiots, if you want to get your kink on just go with high end hookers. You can work out ahead of time whatever it is you want to do to them and sometimes they let you do stuff you didn't discuss and won't even charge you extra for it.
they will probably try to keep making movies but the making money off them will be the hard part going forward. what's happening to the movie industry now has already happened in the music biz.Are you kidding? They are going to now make movies about these monsters and then make money off of them.
Not saying you're wrong, but Amazon already fired the dude heading up their production arm for sexual harassment/assault. This #### is systemic across all industries.they will probably try to keep making movies but the making money off them will be the hard part going forward. what's happening to the movie industry now has already happened in the music biz.
things like digital piracy, ease of production, new platforms of distribution, younger generations abandoning movie theaters, politicization and blowback against it, the moral rot of hollywood itself, high cost of movie tickets etc etc etc is going to ruin hollywood as we've known it.
people will start their own studios, make their own movies, companies such as Amazon and Netflix have already entereed the production and distribution game, others will follow
we'll end up with a highly fragmented and diverse movie industry where hollywood will be a minor player.
by "Hollywood" do you mean the entertainment industry?hollywood is finished.

Wow. Now that is surprising (although refreshingly so). Clearly the cast and crew expressed a bunch of concerns. Netflix has to pay the actors; hopefully, if they end the series entirely (which looks pretty likely), they will pay all crew members, not just those with whom they have a contractual obligation to do so.
I've got mixed feelings on this. I'm not condoning what he did, but getting drunk and "laying down" on a 14 year old kid 30 years ago - for which he has apologized - seems like a lot to ruin someone's life over.Wow. Looks like Spacey's career is probably over.
Sounds like that may just be the first shoe to drop on him.I've got mixed feelings on this. I'm not condoning what he did, but getting drunk and "laying down" on a 14 year old kid 30 years ago - for which he has apologized - seems like a lot to ruin someone's life over.
What is the appropriate level of punishment/outrage?I've got mixed feelings on this. I'm not condoning what he did, but getting drunk and "laying down" on a 14 year old kid 30 years ago - for which he has apologized - seems like a lot to ruin someone's life over.
My guess it is endemic to many type-a personalities that tend to rise to the top of their chosen field by bullying their way to the top.Not saying you're wrong, but Amazon already fired the dude heading up their production arm for sexual harassment/assault. i'm not sure molesting kids is something you say "yeah, but that was in his past" aboutI've got mixed feelings on this. I'm not condoning what he did, but getting drunk and "laying down" on a 14 year old kid 30 years ago - for which he has apologized - seems like a lot to ruin someone's life over.
I'm sure people will have different levels of tolerance and that it will be up to each person individually on whether they will continue to support his career or not. What is the appropriate level of punishment/outrage?
If that's all he did, then maybe it's excusable.... maybe.I've got mixed feelings on this. I'm not condoning what he did, but getting drunk and "laying down" on a 14 year old kid 30 years ago - for which he has apologized - seems like a lot to ruin someone's life over.

Well, he is a known midget wrangler. Now they're saying that Andy **** might have a harassment problem! Who knew? I never would have guessed. Probably one of those "insider secrets".
His show was cancelled. Is that ruining someone's life?I've got mixed feelings on this. I'm not condoning what he did, but getting drunk and "laying down" on a 14 year old kid 30 years ago - for which he has apologized - seems like a lot to ruin someone's life over.
I was responding to the statement that his career was over. If you’re career, after 40 years in the business, is over, and you have been publically called out as a child molester and will spend the rest of your days with that hanging over you - I’d say your life is pretty much toast. His show was cancelled. One thing you’ll typically find in life, people that assault children rarely only do it once.lakerstan said:I've got mixed feelings on this. Is he a child molester? Is he guilty of sexual assault? If so, his life deserves to be over.lakerstan said:I was responding to the statement that his career was over. Thats not what I was told. "Spacey's statement about honesty and living as a gay man..."His first attempt was basically the worst possible response you can imagine.
There are quite a lot of stories out there about how big of an arrogant jerk Tyson is and about how when he attends paid speaking engagements at colleges he focuses almost exclusively on the women when in smaller group settings.
I'm not sure where you're going with this. Are you saying we should ignore the behavior in both cases?BoltBacker said:Seems odd there is much fervor surrounding allegations against the guy PRETENDING to be the President. Didn't the actual President have an audio tape confessing that he grabbed women by their.....? Almost half the country voted for him anyway.
Harvey Weinstein repeatedly raping women and getting away with it because he was a powerful Hollywood figure is BS?As usual, everyone overreacts and now everyone's guilty until proven innocent. There's some kind of line set up for people Spacey "molested" to report in on?
What in the hell is going on in this country? The pendulum is really swinging way too far to the left. For real, I'd be concerned about asking a girl out or making any kind of move on the first date were I single. We have so many other huge problems to worry about but this bs is taking center stage.
