Plus a lot of these he was in as a cameo. I don't even remember him in dave unless he was himself or something.

That last list was really scrapping the barrel.

This guy has made a ton of movies, and despite being able to pull off both action and comedy, he's only really made one A-class film: Terminator.
:bs:
I've got to agree here. The Terminator is about the only one of his flicks that you can take half-way serious.
T2 was a gigantic success and pioneered a ton of new effects that are standard filmmaking practice now. It's a milestone summer blockbuster. Nothing he's done is realistic, but T2 is epic.

Doesn't matter. It's a #### movie.

You know what else was a "blockbuster"? "LOTR".

It's chronological. I intended it to be one list. I guess I can make a final of the top 15 movies. You're only allowed 15 options per poll which is bogus if you ask me.
Fro?

Conan is a seriously awful and cheesy movie.
I don't know how old you are, but I was 13 I think when I was somehow able to see this movie, and it was ### #### epic. Sure, looking back on it now, it's not a classic, but at the time, I was way into it.

Hey Sagarin, read Christo's 2nd post. Multiple-list polls work fine.

His best movie isn't even on the list: Pumping Iron! This was when he came back to win another Mr. Olympia after he had been training for and filming the first Conan. He mind-screwed a young Lou Ferrigno and Lou's dad. If you want to see who Arnold really is, this movie tells the story. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rbkQnv9z3TY

What's that got to do with T2? Hundreds of movies are blockbusters. Congratulations on figuring that out.

You're the one that brought up "blockbuster". My point is that there are a lot of crappy movies that make mega $$$.

I actually brought up summer blockbuster, true, but I wasn't stating that it's a good movie simply because it made money.

Conan the Barbarian is my favorite, probably because it was before he became a caricature of himself. He seemed more natural in that movie. After that, he started thinking he could act.

Nobody nailed the difference between T1 and T2 like David Foster Wallace (or as Tanner calls him, my "boyfriend").

Conan the Barbarian gets better every single time I watch it.
After T1, I'd say Conan and Predator are his two second best.

And Conan has one of his best lines ever.

"Conan, what is good in life?"

"To crush your enemies, to see them driven before you, and to hear the lamentations of their women."

"That is gooood."

:lmao:

Last Action Hero, very underrated. Kindergarten Cop, another great one. Neither is beating T2 but they are both very good.

I actually really like Jingle All The Way too. :bag:

I'd go with T1/T2, Predator and True Lies. I'm probably in the minority, but I also enjoyed T3. I think I just liked the whole terminator thing. I even liked the show that was on Fox. The Sarah Conner cronicles? She was played by the blonde queen (not dragon girl) in Game of Thrones.
