Britt Knee (1 Viewer)

Didn't get a second look at it, but it doesn't look good. Not an obvious season-ending injury like Jamaal Charles's ACL tear, but it doesn't look good.

It's as obvious as Charles injury. Major injury to knee and season ending. Doesn't take an MD to know that.

Nate, of course, but Damian Williams would be my guess here.

missed first two weeks (much if not all) with a hammy.

I also think Nate is very much a complimentary WR and wouldn't do well as the focus.

Cook hasn't woken up in 2011 yet. Blockers Daniel Graham and Craig Stevens look as good as him which isn't a good sign.

I do not post much but had to since I have him in 9 high stakes leagues.......We should go 8-1 this week, Britt is settin in. I am kinda sic, but I am getting ready to move on! VD, McFadden, Finley, Fitz 1&2, and Flacco helped save our days especially in FFPC!

Thanks for being who I thought you were Kenny and best of luck on your rehab!!!! (I am holding on to 1% chance he is back week 6-7 LOL)

Best of luck to you all as well :)

What do you think you're going to do next week?

Hopefully he stays in TEN to rehab and doesn't head home to NJ.

If he goes home, we may never see him in the NFL again. The rehab for an injury this severe is hard enough for players dedicated to their profession. A knucklehead like Britt doesn't appear to have the drive or mental make-up to endure what lies ahead. As an owner in all 5 leagues, it sucks, but that is the risk we take when we roster players like Britt.I hope for his sake he stays in Tenn and focuses on his rehab.

News CBS Sportsline: Titans WR Kenny Britt is expected to have season-ending surgery after tearing both his right ACL and MCL in the team's Week 3 win over the Broncos according to multiple sources. Britt caught a pass on a screen and twisted to avoid tackles, fumbling before landing awkwardly at the end of the play. He was helped to his feet and carted to the locker room. Britt had three catches for 18 yards.

It's too early to toss the towel in on him forever, but yeah, it isn't good news for his dynasty prospects. If in fact he has a double tear, that complicates things. I have heard of guys coming back from dual tears (McGahee?) but it complicates it. I recall that Daunte Culpepper had multiple tears in his knee and he never recovered.

welker tore both his acl and mcl. really, the mcl is trivial. i would guess its worse to rip the meniscus+acl, which is known as the terrible triad and is fairly common.

Terrible Triad = ACL, MCL, and meniscus, not just ACL and meniscus. The PCL is usually involved as well.
