I took nicks with Cruz still availableFavorite - Brandon Albert , nice OL who can fill a couple positions.least - Victor Cruz , he was picked ahead of Hakeem Nicks....that shouldn't happen.

shhhhThere is a big time LT I'm pretty shocked is still available. Knew he was underrated but didn't realize how much.
One could also argue that Nicks has injury concerns and other than that they are pretty equal production/age/talent wise.I like Nicks but Cruz is close for me.I took nicks with Cruz still availableFavorite - Brandon Albert , nice OL who can fill a couple positions.least - Victor Cruz , he was picked ahead of Hakeem Nicks....that shouldn't happen.
That's good. So far I need him to fill five.Edit to fix misquote.Favorite - Brandon Albert , nice OL who can fill a couple positions.
Please! Good grief, this is basically spotlighting.ETA: I think I'm glad someone picked Dunlap. I like him, and would have had to tak ehim here, which would have locked me into a 4-3. I'm glad I can stay flexible nowshhhhThere is a big time LT I'm pretty shocked is still available. Knew he was underrated but didn't realize how much.

5.26 Rams select Devin McCourty, CB
McCourty actually turned into a pretty solid corner this past season, both in coverage and against the run. With my fearsome front line, I'm thinking that's all I need.
1.07- J.J. Watt
2.26 - Vince Wilfork
3.26 - Nick Fairley
4.07 - Derrick Hohnson
5.26 - Devin McCourty
I'm obviously biased. That said, I think this is the best defense (unfortunately, of course, also the worst offense) so far.
ETA: I sent a PM, btw
Played safety most of last seasonAnd 8th best CB. According to them he played just over 500 snaps at each position. Not bad versatility...5.26 Rams select Devin McCourty, CBPlayed safety most of last season

of watching the Patsies , including 3 at gillette I felt he was much better at S. PFF having him ranked 8th really surprises meExactly what I was going to say.As I continue with flexibility, I very much considered that in my pick. If corner value falls, I move him to safety. If safeties fall, he plays corner. I'll roll with itAnd 8th best CB. According to them he played just over 500 snaps at each position. whats not to like about it?Damn, I figured I would get at least one comment on my Jared Allen pick...sure he is older, but he is still probably the 2nd or 3rd best DE in the league right now. Heck, the Andre Johnson pick got lots of love, how about my superstar veteran?![]()
Great pick of course. He fell further than he should have. He just wasn't one of the guys on my short list.Damn, I figured I would get at least one comment on my Jared Allen pick...sure he is older, but he is still probably the 2nd or 3rd best DE in the league right now. You probably took him about the right time. I don't think he's even in the top 10 at DE anymore though. PFF has him as their 11th best at just pass rushing last season, but he was down at 24 overall because of all the penalties.Damn, I figured I would get at least one comment on my Jared Allen pick...sure he is older, but he is still probably the 2nd or 3rd best DE in the league right now. Jared Allen is not a top 10 DE? In what world?I was deciding between the two. Went with the left tacklemy list was Roos than Vollmer ...happy to grab at least one.!!

Just need to back away.According to rbm, posting anything other than pick number, team, and player name is far too much informationAnd what the #### is with everybody quoting this annoying PFF all of a sudden? Like that stupid site is the gospel.
No clue what PFF is .... Pretty Fantastic Females ??And what the #### is with everybody quoting this annoying PFF all of a sudden? Like that stupid site is the gospel.
Not true. Stupid hyperbole and quoting PFF annoys me.And I'll admit I've got a chip on my shoulder over the Flacco nonsense.According to rbm, posting anything other than pick number, team, and player name is far too much informationAnd what the #### is with everybody quoting this annoying PFF all of a sudden? Pro football focus. Fairly new site that uses ridiculous evaluation methods. Trying to become footballs version of sabermetrics.Basically the anti-scout.No clue what PFF is .... I like Bennett. Had a very good year...underrated guy.I am going offense next turn for sure... I think.I could use another edge rusher, but my main components on defense are now selected.
For your Drew Brees-led team, I think the pick is a perfect fit. He'll be 31 to start the season and I expect he only has 2-3 more years of his prime left and then he'll be a solid contributor for another couple of years. This about fits Brees's window. I think most teams were scared to select him and other players around his age early because generally players lose it really quickly and there is no definitive age when it happens. The dropoff could happen sooner than expected.Damn, I figured I would get at least one comment on my Jared Allen pick...sure he is older, but he is still probably the 2nd or 3rd best DE in the league right now. Good pick. His versatility is a huge plus. I almost picked him at 5.8 but felt like I needed to get a good LT. My plan was to play him as FS in the base and move him to outside corner outside of base personnel.
