Funny you mention minivan sliders. After two broken automatic doors on our previous van, we opted for manual sliders on our current one. I try to go non automatic on as much as I can in cars as that #### tends to break.

Worse than the groups are the people that just stop and do an about face or hard left/right in heavy pedestrian traffic.

I’ll just skip work early to grab a ####ty burger because they can’t take an order for 30-45 minutes despite being open 24 hours
People that after getting called out for making comments like “be a man and just hold the door” and then realize they were the ones actually being the #### and saying things like....”relax I was just busting your balls”....or “I’m giving you a hard time relax.”...and they try to throw the “disclaimer” out afterwards....the whole, I’m going to slam on you, but then if I realize I’m wrong I’ll say....”relax dude I was just busting your balls”....even though at the time you were actually being a ####....with a capitol D...
if your going to run your mouth.....and call people out...stick by it....

I stand by the ‘lazy ####ers use handicap auto doors’ stance. For Roboto, I’ll cut him some slack towing a bunch or kids along to a mall or whatever, as I understand having kids myself. Have a good night, Chachi.

How do you know they are lazy? It's completely possible they have a handicap that you can't see. Really possible.
Champ and and Chachi all in one thread....impressive.....with all do respect I prefer “sport”.....and this coming from the guy whose interests in his sign in name include “Laziness”....priceless
People without handicap use the handicap button all the time...if your hands are full....delivery guys, etc....why wouldn’t you....?....it doesn’t make you a bad person or lazy....you are just using available resources at your disposal to make things easier....at no cost or no harm to anybody on the planet....
Now that you are back peddling...are there any other instances where it might be ok...?

As previously discussed too, the handicap assist feature on doors can make them very difficult to open manually.

Got the week off (schools closed for Spring recess). Was looking forward to vegging, Netflix, the 4th "Red Rising" book.
Wife decided it would be the perfect time to repaint the family room. Spent a week staring at paint swatches, calls her girlfriend who is "really good at colors" over for consultation. Decides on 2 colors, same shade, one dark and one lighter.
Put primer up today (tinted to lighter color). Soon as I put it up I knew she wouldn't like it. Like a dark split pea soup. Oh weeellllllllll.
Gets home and starts talking about changing colors. Grrrrr. Not repainting and not eating the 100 bucks spent on paint.
spent the last hour singing the praises of how "rich" in color split pea soup is.

I'd have handed her the brush on the spot and said "I only paint it once, this one's yours." I can't imagine being so neutered as to do it twice, and I'm pretty whipped.

Good on ya. My BIL painted his whole downstairs. She decided she didn't like the color she picked. So he re-did it all. He's the biggest whipped puppy you've ever seen.

My son just bought a house - it needs some work but its not a "fixer upper" - a lot if cosmetic and cleaning etc
So we went over last weekend and started doing work. My wife was there for 10 hours.
SHe says hey next weekend after the tournament you want to go to sons to help work on it some more. I was

How is this even possible? Pretty much every place sells samples now for like two bucks.
Hmm I honestly had no idea places sold small actual paint samples. She just had a bunch of the paper color swatches and she was unsure how shades went together? And how dark it would make room look, etc. I dunno, I gave my 2 cents but she seems to put more weight on what friends, work friends, etc think.....about a whole bunch of things. Even though-I hate to say it-I'm usually on the right side of things. I guess matching colors is apparently some special skill that laymen like myself don't possess.
