I actually went through this with my wife many years ago. It was very scary. She ended up having the masses removed, although they were not cancerous. This may be inapprropriate to post here(but it might help me keep my sanity)
A couple weeks ago my wife found a lump in her left breast. She did the right thing and contacted her Dr’s right away. After the initial consultation we moved onto a complete mammogram as well as an ultra sound.
The results were inconclusive other than determining that yes, she does in fact have 2 small masses in her left breast. Both are small, less than 1cm, which they tell us, is a good sign.
Just yesterday we had them perform a biopsy.
We will know the results in a couple hours.
I can’t tell you how scared I am….and have to believe that my wife is near breakdown
At this point it may be nothing, but it could very well be a very big thing.
Not a bad reminder that laughter is the best medicine.I will keep your wife's breasts in my thoughts GB.
Yeah, I refrained from pointing out that I would have hoped to have found such a lump first. Not a bad reminder that laughter is the best medicine.I will keep your wife's breasts in my thoughts GB.
My first thought was to post something similar, but I figured I didn't have enough board cred to pull it off.Not a bad reminder that laughter is the best medicine.I will keep your wife's breasts in my thoughts GB.

That sucks. I'm sorry. But she caught it early - every reason for optimism.

Oh, no. ####. I just read from the top. I'm so sorry, but as many have said far more eloquently, early detection is everything and you're obviously there for her. TPW and best, best wishes.
Unfortunately yes.Is sad face a confirmation of what we all think? Sorry to hear. #### cancer

Your wife is young and healthy and works out and the masses are small. My mom is old, overweight and in terrible health and she beat cancer this year. Mrs Wrigley will be fine. The FFA has her back.
