Per Rotoworld:

Daniel Thomas (hamstring) expected to playDaniel Thomas (hamstring) is expected to play in Week 9 against the Chiefs. He's on the plane and ready to go, which presumably means he's in line for 15-20 touches against Kansas City's enigmatic run defense. The Chiefs rank 22nd against the run, but allow just 4.07 YPC. Thomas owners will want to watch for any gameday setbacks, but players that travel are usually good to go. Reggie Bush's workload takes a hit with this news, making him a borderline RB2/flex option in PPR leagues.

Daniel Thomas is active for Sunday's game against the Chiefs.

It's unclear whether Thomas or Reggie Bush will get the start at tailback. Omar Kelly of the South Florida Sun-Sentinel suggested late in the week that Thomas would only receive 10-12 touches if active for this game, but the Dolphins have typically gotten him the rock 20 or more times when he's been active. He's a roll of the dice as a low-end RB2 or flex option.
