Day 3.5 of e-cigs for me and I'm down to 8 regulars so far today - my lowest total so far. I'm able to space out my regulars more & more as I break the physical routines - I've yet to have a nicotene jones, it's all routine based and I'm picking them off one by one. For anyone who wants to tell me I'm doing it wrong, don't bother. I've tried to quit damned near every way possible over the last 35+ years. Some methods have gotten me as far as 3 years, some sucked, and all failed due to me being an idiot. THIS one feels the most natural, probably because my e-cigs look like the real thing and taste like it. So I'm steadily spacing out my regulars with an occasional hit from the e-cig (am about to one every 20 minutes now so I'm not friggin dizzy as hell).Week Two, Day Two of Uruk's Last Radiation Ride. Feeling ok, other than being a little worn out. Sunday nights ALWAYS kill me - I wake up around 12 or 1 and the wheels start turning about what's coming up that week (don't mattah what time I turn in). It usually takes me til Wednesday to get myself back together. One nuking tomorrow and another Thursday, then I get a week off.
