Chinese angle isn't really surprising given the well-documented relationship between Bannon and Guo Wengui. LOTS of money to be made providing a guy like that with US intel on China.

I am actually beginning to think Trump will be indicted for this. I know many have said they don’t have to prove he took Top Secret documents to have committed crimes but I don’t think the DOJ will indict him if that isn’t the evidence they have.

Will he try to have his lawyers say in court (without evidence) the documents were planted or that he declassified them? ( also without evidence) Or will he be unable to find an attorney to make such a claim knowing they could lose their license to practice or serve time for making claims without evidence as officers of the court? Even if he does I think he will lose. I just can’t see any way he slithers out of this.
