NBA BTTF VI Draft - DONE! Regular Season OVAH. Commence trade talk and six month wait for WIS rosters (1 Viewer)

I'm here and have a pick but @modogg and I haven't talked in a bit on these so want to make sure he's ok with it.  I'm hoping to get in touch with him first.  I'll pick around 20 minutes if I don't hear from him to not slow us down too much.

PG- Russel Westbrook

SG -Bradley Beal, Kriss Dunn

SF- Josh Jackson, Larry Nance Jr

PF- Ronde Hollis-Jefferson, Jon Leuer

C- Willie Cauley-Stein

Feel like this would be a solid dynasty start up draft

we all know you are the brains behind this. just make the damn pick

8.15 Aron Baynes, C, Celtics

Always liked this guy with the Pistons, and with the Celtics being so thin up front he should be in line for a decent number of minutes and rebounds.

G: James Harden, Kyle Lowry, Tyreke Evans
F: Tobias Harris, Pau Gasol, Marvin Williams
C: Mason Plumlee, Aron Baynes

8.16 BEBE!

Lucas Nogueira  C  TOR

Probably a dumb pick, but we need defense upfront plus EFG is great and hopefully he still gets about 20 minutes a game.

FINE, I'll take the other rookie on my list.

Kyle Kuzma, Lakers

Probably all hype and no substance. Hoping something's there though.

Well, down to folks scrambling for minutes at the 5 spot, but one player sticks out in terms of his per minute production... NO idea where this pick goes, but I had to talk myself not way jumping the gun and taking him last round.  I'd settle for 17-18 MPG of his usual very efficient scoring and a good amount of rebounds, including from the SF position along with the PF.

MICHAEL BEASLEY... your soon to be world champion Knicks.

BTW, wtf is screwing around with the google doc.  If you want to change the sorting by team name and all, kindly export.

WTF is after me? Banana?

Oh yeah, he found the right stage here in NY, too.

The most interesting basketball player in the world.

Also, one of the best... forwards... in the SIM.... minute for minute...

If he can stay healthy enough to get 15+ minutes, it's a big additive at this stage, and locking up a bunch of guard minutes and three bigs already lets me take that chance. I really wanted he or Booker, the former being far preferred... but this might just be more fun.

Might.

beasley was after len for me.  when porzingis gets hurt, beasley will fill minutes in the 20s at least.
He was after Len for me as well.  Though I really "wanted" him, but I don't "want to want" him.

And yeah, I thought the same thing re: Porzi, and even with Porzi playing, no melo opens some minutes if he can stay healthy.  Like I said, don't think you can find better 15 min of production right now, and being able to bring those rebounds and efficiency at SF (hell, he was even SG eligible last year for his 12 mpg) could be a real plus in terms of getting some advantage.

I was worried that I didn't have enough "bulk" scoring after the first 5 rounds going Bogdon in the 5th, but Skal Labissiere, Barton and Beasley not only bring that, but efficiently and each decent and even really good rebounders for their position.

Was looking at him, just not sure between the minutes and efficiency at the position IN THIS FORMAT.... but could also surprise if he gets enough time and win ROY
Not a major positional need for us either.  But absent major injury we probably already have 17,000 minutes drafted or so prior to Tatum.  So worth a risk on his upside.  I figure if he gives Jaylen Brown Year 1 numbers he's worth having on the roster.

You got the better player. I know I've got the homer glasses on, but I think he could win rookie of the year. He's going to kick Ingram to the bench (and hopefully off the team) at some point this season.
