Not totally sold he has a role on the team, but he was a monster in limited minutes last year. Advanced stats, including WIS loved his play. Does nothing but block shots, dunk on people's heads, and rebound. If he could somehow get 15 mpg I would be pumped.

He's looked a little better so far this preseason. I think he's either going to figure it out this season and have a big role (25+mpg) or he's going to be buried on the bench before he's traded for a 2nd rounder in January. He needs to quit turning it over so much to have a chance. The shooting will come around (he shoots on the way down, his other mechanics are solid and watching him in pregame he shoots on the way up near his apex) and he is pretty crafty off ball, so he has the makings of a good player next to Jokic. I still think he has a future as a solid NBA PG but he needs to prove it quick.

I'll admit, this is probably the fastest pace I've seen in a draft here - but we couldn't afford to have an hour and a bunch of skips.

As it happened, we are at 30 min, and NOT that many skips - peeps just mostly around and responsive.   It's the pace of the new NBA.

 
9.20 - Mike Muscular, ATL

 seems a chance for 20 minutes is there and his D rating has been over 50.  per 36 seems functional and he can hit a 3.  ATL not exactly loaded at the 4/5.

it would have been bad enough to not time out and get sniped on Swanigan, but for Stanley Johnson to then go after I time out....I literally picked and then headed out the door to play golf.  come back from golf, check in immediately to see we've rolled all the way back around and past me.  I don't mind getting skipped on later rounds but at this point, there is PLENTY OF TALENT AVAILABLE.  this is where championships are made but on the other hand, the days I have left to golf are dwindling fast.  what's a guy to do?

Sometimes names are made up.  Sometimes retired guys drafted.  You never know!
