**Official 2014 MLB Regular Season-All over but the shouting (1 Viewer)

Wow, what a crazy play in the Bronx. Pop-up along the LF line. Jeter runs out there, Gardner slides to catch it and it bounces off of him - in fair territory - and Jeter bobbles it then drops it. Jeter jogs after it, thinking it's a foul ball. Batter ends up with a triple.
That's how you know Jeter is getting old and losing a step. Back of the day, he would have caught that in fair territory and still finished with a dive into the upper deck.

Tadano's the dude who appeared in the gay porn jerking off or something.
I'm going to start a kick starter campaign to get this guy in the states. We should be able to raise the $50 mill. or whatever his fee it. Eephus fans and folks in the GLBT(GPJ*) and Allies community should all be able to unite on this front.

*Gay Porn Jerking, unless there's another name for just liking sit down and stroke to some nice man action.

I'm not sure the title of that video was accurate, about that eephus pitch fooling the ump. At what point was that in the strike zone, other than when it landed in the catcher's glove?

Check out the blonde broad sitting in the first row behind home plate at Dodger Stadium. We get close-ups of her when there is a lefty batter.

Good lord.

Daily league players with difficult wsis questions should probably bench players in Cleveland tonight. Maybe Detroit too. Looks like a wash out here, radar doesn't look good for Detroit either.

I dpnt understand booing cano.
He chose money over legacy and then said the Yankees disrespected him. What'd you expect?
ROBINSON CANO LEGACY UPDATE:

The Seattle Mariners are currently a half-game better than the Yankees. They also have a younger major league roster, a better farm system, and an elite impact prospect who will rejoin the team soon.

On the other hand, they have the misfortune of playing in a division that has good baseball teams in it. Perhaps he should have considered the boost his legacy would have gotten had he remained the big fish in the small pond that is the AL East.

Huh?

I was told that his legacy would suffer when he moved from the mighty New York Yankees, who compete for the pennant ever year, to the sad sack small market Mariners. I'm just providing an update on the status of that argument.

His numbers are fine, by the way. All that's missing is the HRs- a product in part of playing in the AL West. The average and OBP are as good as they've ever been. He'll be starting in the all-star game again this year.

The AL West outspends the rest of the league to be competitive? That's not what you meant, is it? The teams rank 6, 8, 18, 25 and 30 in MLB in payroll.

I think that's what he meant. But he probably even more meant the Yankees and Red Sox do.
