**Official 2014 MLB Regular Season-All over but the shouting (2 Viewers)

Not sure what kind of shelf life this has, but I could get really used to Wilson Ramos hitting cleanup.
Free Agent in my league. Did not expect that
I think it has surprised many of us Nats fans too.
Less than ideal.

Surprising he's a free agent in any fantasy league, but obviously if he is in your league I'd get on it immediately. I don't think he'll stay in the cleanup spot very long but I do think they'll keep him around 5 or 6. Davey Johnson used to bury his catchers in the 7/8 spots, some weird logic about keeping them fresh since catching is such a physical burden. Obviously Matt Williams doesn't share those concerns.

Eric Young Jr. gets the start at 2B. If's a major fantasy development if he gains eligibility there.
In related news, the Mets are truly horrible.
It's only because Daniel Murphy's wife is in labor. Hard to see him getting 2B eligibility any time soon.
:fingerscrossed:

ETA: the original rotisserie rule was one game position eligibility. Since everything was manual in those days, I remember league arguments with newspaper boxscores as evidence.

Hopefully nobody took my advice. Ramos was pulled in the 7th, not sure why, could be injury.
