I have no idea how the draft plays out this far ahead especially with no 2nd round pick. But we can't keep accepting the BS excuse that they just missed their guy (OL, DB, WR). Then make a move to where you can get your guy and take him. We need a QB in here that is the heir apparent and learning the system while a Vet (Sanchez etc) holds the reigns. At least then we could see a plan and not this fly by the seat of your pants stuff. So you would draft a QB next year if it were you. That being said, it's still early in the season, but let's say we are around pick 15... do you trade up for a potential franchise QB or hope that somehow a franchise QB slips to you at 15?I can't stand Kaep. I wish we would have drafted a QB last year or the year before that Chip could have been developing but it needs to happen now. If he's here for 2 years more, he absolutely needs to draft a QB that can be developed and possibly starting by 2017. We can't have these retreads try to fit into his style anymore. But I don't have faith that Chip will have that kind of patience. No one has really developed in this offense so far. It's just been you either have talent and can play or you don't.You make it seem like you'd be okay with that though. You mention Sanchez runs the offense better, Chip may go for Kaep, etc, etc, but then you still say Bradford is our best option. It just seems like a lot of complaining without any better viable option. And if you're asked "what would you do next if you were Chip at QB?", you'll revert back to "I would have NOT traded Foles last year".I am actually interested in what you would do right NOW with our QB situation going forward into next year though if you could have it your way.Insein said:I'm not touting him. I'm saying that's Chips last hope that he'll jump for.JaxBill said:I can't believe the number of people touting Kaep. Have they seen him the past 2 seasons?
I mean he was benched for Blaine effing Gabbert.
They're better off rolling the dice with some mediocre college QB.
Well, one not named Hackenberg at least.
I think Washington is moving in the right direction with a competent GM who for the first time in awhile looks to be making some good football moves. The Eagles have been making moves that remind me an awfully lot of things that The Redskins would have been doing years ago. That's not a good thing.
