This is Ty's best bet by far. Can play both the "love" card (to keep Angela happy) and also guarantees himself a win since majority of jury can't stand her. Absolute worst case scenario he loses to her and then reaps the benefits outside the house in real life.Angela has to be top 2. She should be everyone's ride or die.
The only one that will regret it is the one that goes to jury tonight. The other two will be sitting next to JC. And if it's Tyler/Angela/JC, that's an immense advantage for Tyler.Payne said:I agree. She had a little more than 0% chance of winning the HOH comp.
Bet they are regretting now as well.
Yeah. Since all the other players who actually did game, voted for Tyler. Scottie and Fessy disappointing to the end.Well, it was a bitter jury. Expected that from baileigh and rockstar. The only vote that surprised me was Scottie. Thought he respected the game more.
I figured fessie would go for the comp beast, so that one didn't surprise me.Yeah. Since all the other players who actually did game, voted for Tyler. Scottie and Fessy disappointing to the end.
A pretty cool moment? He knew the girl for 23 days and hasn't talked to her in 76.More like attention whore moment.Random thoughts from the final episode:
With Kaycee and Tyler in the finals, there was no wrong vote from a purist game strategy perspective even with some of the jury being bitter.
I thought Kaycee made a mistake not taking JC over Tyler, and it almost cost her. Presumably though she had thought that through and decided on loyalty over strategy, and in the end she raked in all the chips - congrats to her for playing a super strong game and emerging with tons of integrity.
In the final 3, Tyler made an observation I didn't even realize until he said it when he congratulated Kaycee and JC for how well they represented the LGBT community.
Angela was a little too heavy handed when she first joined the jury in castigating Kaycee as a coat tail rider and Tyler as the mastermind. She was trying to help Tyler, but I think she hurt him - hardly anyone there liked Angela, and her clumsily stumping for Tyler did him no favors.
I think Tyler overdid it with his answers in the final questions... there's an art to guiding people through how you made moves and influenced them to help further your goals, and Tyler was just too direct in hitting people over the head with how he manipulated him. If he lost just one vote there... :sadtrombone:
Was it Angela who said "marriage proposal" when Swaggy was walking over to Bayleigh?... whoever it was, it was a giant wet blanket on what was really a pretty cool moment. Also, I lol'ed when Swaggy was proposing to Bayleigh and she was turned around kibitzing with someone and they had to point her attention back to Swaggy.
I'm more than a little shocked that Hayleigh and Fessy are still an item... I thought the harsh light of reality in the jury house would put an end to that one... I'm still a little skeptical since Hayleigh tossed the answer over to Fessy, and what the heck was he gonna say except "yes we're an item"? Regardless, like all the couples from the show, I'm rooting for those crazy kids and sincerely hope it works out.
When Julie gave Tyler a chance to profess his love for Angela, he totally demurred. It was a moment when he could have melted America's collective romantic heart, but it wasn't to be. Not quite sure what that says about their potential, but it was a moment lost if he's really serious about her.
Was it just me or did the jetpack that JC was flying on in the comp look like he was stretched out more than the other 2?
I thought Kaycee might be a bit miffed about Tyler not throwing the jetpack endurance comp to her, but obviously not since she still picked him for the finals.
In the final comp videos from the jury, Hayleigh's eyes and face looked really awesome in her eye makeup video.\
When Julie signed off tonight with her new "I'm Julie Chen Moonves", Tyler shot her a quizzical look... as a superfan, he know that was something new. The houseguests are going to be surprised to find out about the Les Moonves developments.
This was a great season!... I really enjoyed this one.
That's one way to look at it, and maybe it's the right way.A pretty cool moment? He knew the girl for 23 days and hasn't talked to her in 76.More like attention whore moment.

I'm fairly confident it was Rockstar
Completely agree. It looked to me like he was at full stretch with his arms to reach, while the others could kind of relax and get their wrists to the hand rests. Was it just me or did the jetpack that JC was flying on in the comp look like he was stretched out more than the other 2?
Totally agree re. the Angela comment - it was pretty obvious for anyone paying attention that she was trying to sway votes to him. I also agree it backfired. She's probably the one people liked least, and by aligning with him so clearly in jury she hurt him.Angela was a little too heavy handed when she first joined the jury in castigating Kaycee as a coat tail rider and Tyler as the mastermind. I didn't word the first part well: it didn't occur to me until Tyler pointed it out that the 2 LGBTQ members of the house both made it to the final 3.In the final 3, Tyler made an observation I didn't even realize until he said it when he congratulated Kaycee and JC for how well they represented the LGBT community.

Um...Tyler was 2 steps ahead. Try to keep up.Good for Brett still voting for Tyler after that 1 step ahead bs. He is mature after all.
Pretty sure Derrick and Cody had some sort of deal in BB16. Cody could have taken someone he would have easily beat, but took Derrick instead knowing he would lose.I wonder if alliances ever discuss chopping the pot. If they do discuss it, I can understand why CBS wouldn't show it, but I would imagine it has to come up when two friends are going to rely on a bunch of yahoos to figure out who gets 1/2 mil and who gets 50K.
I thought tylers rambling speeches came off bad. He made it sound like he basically used Sam. But you are correct he should still be pissed at her.jb1020 said:Pretty sure Derrick and Cody had some sort of deal in BB16. I bet Tyler is so pissed at Sam. He pretty much protected her for 80+ days in the house. I honestly can't recall any sort of exchange between Sam and Kaycee, not sure they spoke all year.
Kaycee obviously played a great game, but Tyler took the risky path and I thought he deserved it.
The questions need to be more specific. Kaycee had very little actual content in her answers while answering generic wide open questions. Tyler's problem was he did so much in the game, he had too much to say and not enough time to make it sound good.I thought tylers rambling speeches came off bad. Kaycee had zero content, she said her social game like ten times but had zero examples besides she talked to everyone. The questions need to be more specific. Also, why would the final question revolve around why they think they should win the game? Isn't it painfully obvious after so many seasons that that question will/should be answered when the finalists do their final speech?
The whole production of the episode seemed like they should get an F. The questions from the jurors we're bad. You're right, they needed specific questions. The last 2 questions we're basically "why do you think you should win?" and that was right before Julie said, "ok, you got 45 seconds to make your speech as to why you should win."The questions need to be more specific. After last nights Q & A I wouldn't mind if production asked the questions or at least write them for the HG's to ask.Kaycee had zero content, she said her social game like ten times but had zero examples besides she talked to everyone.
And the whole way they did that felt super rushed this year (at least for tyler). Granted I think that HOH went longer than they thought it would and letting swaggy waste a bunch of time was super annoying. I can't wait until swaggy brings Bailey back to the hood, I'm sure that will go over spectacular with the spoiled rich pageant queen.
Or give them 20 or 30 questions to choose from and let Will help them out. They are morons for those questions and production is even worse for letting them through to the show. After last nights Q & A I wouldn't mind if production asked the questions or at least write them for the HG's to ask.
...I feel like we say that every season though. The final speeches were bad because top to bottom, this cast is probably the least intelligent if any group of house guests the show has ever had. Even the geek was dumb.
I usually like the socially awkward nerdy HG. Scottie was awful though. Its pretty clear why hes never even kissed a girl. The final speeches were bad because top to bottom, this cast is probably the least intelligent if any group of house guests the show has ever had. Even the geek was dumb.
Wow totally disagree. Way better gameplay than most seasonsThe final speeches were bad because top to bottom, this cast is probably the least intelligent if any group of house guests the show has ever had. Even the geek was dumb.
The gameplay only appeared "better" because the path to success was so readily apparent. L6 had, maybe by luck maybe not, the 3 smartest people in the game: Tyler, Brett and Kaycee. It would have been foolish to unnecessarily deviate from their plan. The other alliance was so inept, they pretty much did all the work for L6.Wow totally disagree. I haven't said that....I feel like we say that every season though.
They played the other side to convince them to implode. That is the definition of playing Big Brother. The gameplay only appeared "better" because the path to success was so readily apparent. So I don't think the gameplay was actually better, it was just easier. How many tough decisions did L6 really have to make? They just let the other side of the house implode.
Scottie is a weird dude. He's socially awkward, yet, somehow he seems to act like he thinks he's cool. Its really odd to see.I usually like the socially awkward nerdy HG. Scottie was awful though. Its pretty clear why hes never even kissed a girl.
Meh, Haleigh said she was one of the worst ever, but it isnt true. Sure, she made some mistakes, but she was far from a bad player. I think she was an above average player caught in a series of bad luck.I haven't said that.
When players from this season admit to being the worst ever, that's an indication that they're exceptionally dumb.
Yes they did. Angela apologized and they appeared to be over it. Rachel is content with riding along with L6.Tyler should have won but I like Kaycee and think she was deserving too. There was zero chance Tyler was getting Bayleigh or Rockstar's vote because they were just too bitter. Proud that Hayleigh voted on game play and disapointed Scottie did not. Not surprised that Sam voted against Tyler, he could have handled her better in his speech.
Did Rachel and Angela hug at the finale? I wonder how Rachel feels about Angela after her good bye message.
