Weighted PPR (RB-.5 WR-1 TE-1.25) 12 teams

Gave:
EJ Manuel
Justin Blackmon
Greg Olsen
2014 1st round pick

Got:
Darren Sproles
Maurice Jones-Drew
Jason Witten

Standard 12 Team PPR (prior to Sunday's games)

A gave: Trent/L.Miller/D.Thomas/L.James

B gave: McCoy/Brown
Shocked that people are still valuing Richardson and Miller that highly. McCoy has a pretty decent chance to out-point the four guys on the other side all by himself.

12 Team PPR.. QRRWWTKF

I gave: Vernon Davis

I received: Tyler Eifert

The guy I gave VD to didn't have a main TE1 for this year, is now 5-0. I'm 1-4, with a ton of bad luck. Have played the toughest schedule thus far. Might shop another piece or two, but got a great core.

Wilson, Bradford, Pryor

DMC, Miller, Bush, Moreno, Joique, Bryce

Julio, Cobb, Harvin, Alshon, Anquan, Mike Williams, Vincent Brown

Gronk, Eifert

I don't have my '14 1st, but do have someone else's that is a lock for top 3.

Gave RWayne

Got MCrabtree

My team is going nowhere this year; his team is contending. Wanted picks but this was best offer I received.

Good deal for you. Eifert >> VD in dynasty.

I'm surprised everyone in the league seems to think it was a bad trade. I personally don't see it that way. Cruz is the best player in the deal by a good margin, but Bell has a chance to equal his value by the end of the season. At 21 YO, and in a bell cow role, the sky is the limit for his dynasty value. Alfred Morris, Doug Martin, DeMarco Murray - young RBs can go from potential to current dynasty value in a matter of 2-3 games. I also think T. Williams is the WR2 moving forward for the Cowboys, and that is a nearly ideal situation for him.

Give me Cruz, but I personally don't think it's a bad trade.

I wasn't high on any of the three rookies at all before the draft... they ended up in some of the best respective situations possible, but i'm still not high on them. Cruz at 26 should continue to produce at this level for a few more years, despite Eli/NYG's problems... and if you re rebuilding, why include the 1st? that was the proverbial straw.

Personally I agree with you on both Ball and Bell being pretty meh, but don't think it's unreasonable to like both guys either, which would make the trade fair.

12 Team PPR

Team A got:

Jamaal Charles

Philip Rivers

Team B got:

Gio Bernard

Mike Wallace

Sam Bradford

Travis Kelce

More Gio trades (PPR):

I made this the next day after his first breakout game on Monday night:

Gave: CJ Spiller

Got: Gio + 1st

I made this one last week:

Gave: Jamaal Charles + 2nd

Got: Gio + 1st

12 team standard 1ppr

Gave: Percy Harvin, Willis McGahee, 2014 3rd

Got: DeSean Jackson, Benny Cunningham, 2014 3rd (probably late but who really cares in the third)

I haven't been happy with Colston/Wallace as my WR2 and believe DeSean should be valued among the second tier of WRs now with Cruz/Marshall/Cobb/Harvin/etc so I took the risk. Other team isn't quite contending or rebuilding but is a Seattle homer and wanted his teams new toy. I just don't trust the Seahawks to open up the offense and throw or for them to ever be forced to due to their defense being so good.

12 team, 0.5 PPR. 22 players

I gave: Cobb, Morris, 1st (non-playoff)

I get: Dez

I really like Dez and want to get all the studs I can. This leaves me a little thin this season at RB, but I am hoping to trying to get some fillers (like D Williams) for this year. Still have one 1st that should be non-playoff.

I do like being able to say my starting WRs will be Julio, Dez and AJG...

QB: Drew Brees, Matt Ryan
RB: Jamaal Charles, Doug Martin, David Wilson, Ryan Mathews, Shane Vereen, Bernard Pierce, Bryce Brown
WR: AJ Green, Julio Jones, Dez Bryant, Larry Fitzgerald, Denarius Moore, Julian Edelman, Randle Ruben, Robert Woods, Terrance Williams
TE: Jimmy Graham, Jordan Reed
K: Stephen Gotskowski
DEF: Cincinnati Bengals

Thanks, I hope it turns out to be a great buy-low. But public opinion on Trent is all over the place. The first comment in the league chat after the trade went through was that I must have REALLY wanted Trent because I paid too much for such an underachiever.

Glad you commented, I saw your name at the bottom of the page and hoped you would, as I know we're on opposite ends of the Trent debate. I'm almost a little surprised that you still think it was a good move, value-wise. Is it because you think Trent can be flipped for more later?

I was the one who actually traded Cruz. The first should be later half, even with the guy losing JJ. My roster had 6 or 7 rookies on it already, including Keenan Allen and Tavon Austin, but was lacking quality young RBs,so losing what equates to an early 2nd in any other league didn't seem that big a deal. Still have my own first, which will be at worst #2.

I really don't subscribe to the "best player wins" theory, but in this case it doesn't matter because I happen to think both Bell and Williams could be special.

Thought it was a fair deal.

Yeah, partially. But Trent is going to get volume carries + goal line minimum for years in a good offense -- and there is a massive lack of young premium RB talent so he has value, even if it's by default. My main beef was with the 50% of people who had him as the #1 overall dynasty player. I don't actually think he's truly garbage -- but I don't see elite. And to date, I haven't even seen good yet. But mediocre will be good enough to get 1000 / 10 minimum until his current contract is up.

I also see the 3 Rams' RBs as 99% likely to be turds with zero long term value, and I like both Tate and Shorts but fantasy WR2 upside is the easiest thing in the world to find IMO. Don't do the devy thing so can't comment on that guy; if he's seen as a sure thing beast I might change my mind.

just completed:

10 team dynasty PPR, start: 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 1 Flex (R/W/T)

Gave: Woodhead

Got: Ridley, 2014 3rd

pretty happy considering I couldn't even get a 2nd for Woodhead last week. Both teams currently tied for last place. I don't see my team making up the ground to make the playoffs, but its still possible I guess.

Now hopefully Ridley turns it around...

2QB league I just traded away Geno, David Wilson, and Andre Brown and got back Big Ben, Lacy, and Franklin.
Need more details to really evaluate, but off hand i take geno easily.
I start Peyton Manning and Aaron Rodgers. I am also in Packer country so I know Lacy will fetch a prize. I like the Packers running backs quite a bit more than New York's. I realize I lost a lot at QB but that won't impact me this season and I have two first rounders next season to fill that spot (including the current worst team in the league's first rounder).
