***Official "Space Blanket" for Better Call Saul*** (1 Viewer)

why am i thinking Nacho & Howard went on Talking Saul to improve their visibility on behalf of their declining S4 prospects
I'm guessing they were there because they got their episode quote to appear. The bigger dogs were all busy on other projects.

I bet the Cinnabon sequence will take a turn when Saul sees in the news that the Sandpiper trial was finally concluded and that his old persona is due millions.

Like many others in this thread I found Kim significantly more attractive last night.   It was a combination of the hair down and her wearing some clothes that don't hide her goods.  Those lawyer business suits she wears do little for her.

Even in a pair of simple pajamas shows she has some really nice curves.

Litterally the first thing I think of every time he comes in screen. I don't know if there has ever been anyone as type cast in my brain as this guy being a ##### bag on Saved by the Bell as this ####### guy. #### that ####### guy. Imo

i believe that this show has significant international resale value due to the breaking bad connection. they have many more opportunities to extract whatever money they can from this franchise than a 'normal' TV show. even with low/declining US ratings, it's probably very profitable for the production company

What I don't get is why can't Jimmy help her with all the office work (research, etc) and just let her do the face-to-face lawyering?  Is that not allowed while not recognized by the bar?
I don't see why he couldn't do that so long as they don't bill for Jimmy's time.

Where do people keep getting this from? The one guy in the thread who keeps saying it will get cancelled?

The ratings were pretty good this year when you add in DVR and streaming, and it went against NBA playoffs. Down from previous years but still highly rated for cable.

Gilligan, Cranston, Aaron Paul etc have all been on that variation of the show. If they were worried about saving the show they wouldn't send the actors who play Nacho and Howard out there. :loco:

Only because it still hasn't been renewed yet but the show producers don't seem to be worried so I'm not.

Sounds about as likely as it can be.

Will Better Call Saul return for season 4?

The Breaking Bad prequel has not yet been renewed by AMC, its US broadcaster, however creators Vince Gilligan and Peter Gould are confident that there will be a fourth season four. The writers put the delay in renewing the series down to “a little bit of reorganising” at Sony, which produces Better Call Saul and was also behind its parent show. Gilligan told THR: “There will be a season four. The only question is when will it go on air.”

I figure Kim dies due to an unanticipated toxic reaction between some off brand Doritos and jalepeno cheese dip that Jimmy buys for her. Jimmy attempts a class action suit against the food purveyor, but they catch him squat cobbling to make a living now that Kim's gone and they pressure him to settle for a lifetime supply of their surplus, non-quality controlled cheese curls. This finally breaks him and he becomes Saul.
I think he proposes to her but cheaps out on some wedding invitations and she dies from licking the envelopes.

I also kept thinking that he was going to electrocute himself by tearing into the walls and messing with wires.  That would've been a hell of a way for him to go out.  The guy who thinks electricity is slowly killing him ends up dying from electrocution.

in fairness, your post doesn't seem to understand his point here at all

Seemed to me that he was saying Nacho and Howard went on Talking Saul to improve their own standing on the show, not to help the show survive.
So they went on an amc show to improve their visibility to stay on an amc show that the show they went on covers?

:goodposting: thought when he started knocking the meter off the outside wall that was going to be all she wrote.

This is what I thought as well

After Jimmy's overheard conversation with the chair yoga ladies, he went outside to talk to the HHM lawyer who's in charge of the case, and told her he expects the old ladies will call her within an hour to tell her they don't want to settle anymore. So, he's not getting paid anytime soon.
I definitely missed this somehow. I only remember Jimmy talking to his secretary and her telling him "I meant every word that I said" after they staged the "accidental overheard conversation" about how the old ladys gonna die soon anyway. There was a lawyer lady after that?

that was the lawyer that shadowed Jimmy when he took the job at Davis & Main. They also took over the Sandpiper case.

I thought he was going to throw himself over the railing after Howard told everyone that Chuck was leaving the firm.
