Sorry, Rude.
I thought so, tooThat wasn't the White backyard, was it? Sure looked a lot like it, if not. (no shtick)
I meant to look that up.. I'm going to guess they made it up since there are no entries in urban dictionary prior to yesterdayAnyone have any idea what a "Chicago Sunroof" is?
Ah, I thought it was more along the lines of an Art Garfunkel followed by the Double Snack Pack. It's when you give someone a Boston Lobster Pot while they're distracted by performing the Miami Rowboat.Anyone have any idea what a "Chicago Sunroof" is?
i had never seen her before. Looked her up...she's 42 years old. Wow, she's held up quite well. She was the fun, drunk, slutty friend on Whitney. His lawyer friend is nice to look at. Gonna be fun watching him try to get back in with her![]()
Blonde chick at the law firm was in that Whitney sitcom, btw.
My wife was afraid to google it after what happened on IASIP with with "Asian creampies"Anyone have any idea what a "Chicago Sunroof" is?
99% sure the writers made it up.Anyone have any idea what a "Chicago Sunroof" is?
Is that what he said? I could not make it out.Anyone have any idea what a "Chicago Sunroof" is?
I guess so, I was thinking he told his attorney pal that he found them, but I didn't consider that the Kettleman's just act like "oh we were just off camping."Yep. Not that hard to sweep this under rug. Saul says he found them, they settle on specific dollar amount to keep quite. Saul pays Nacho small amount to keep him happy. Why can't something like that still happen?Too bad he already spilled the beans about finding them. He could have kept a cut of that cash, found a way to clear Nacho without giving up the Ketterman's, and given Nacho a big cut of his share.
Saul blackmails the Kettlemans into giving him say half. Saul then gives a portion to Nacho
Saul then needs to somehow assist in the Kettleman's defense without actually getting them as clients.
Kettleman's say they were camping, someone must have broke into their house while they were gone looking for the money.
Yeah. This may not be for you.Not many badass lawyers out there. This is hard to get into he is such a (). I thought he would be a bad ### or something based on not ever watching breaking bad but only hearing about it. Dunno guess I had the wrong expectations and they are hard to change. Will give a few more episodes
This is one of your worst posts.Really annoying how every episode has to be immediately judged. No room for a show to breathe anymore.
I suspect part of it is that many of us binged watched BB, so getting only one episode per week now, after getting two last week, is a tough pill to swallow.Really annoying how every episode has to be immediately judged. No room for a show to breathe anymore.
Have tried to, accidentally deleted the first 3 season's from when AMC ran their marathon. Not sure where else to get them, but probably too cheap to pay to watch them.Yeah. Why not watch Breaking Bad?
Thank GodAfter the first 30 minutes of Episode 3, my interest was waning. But my interest was re-piqued in the last 10 minutes of the third episode. I'm in for another week.

I think the Kettleman's have no choice but to chose Saul to represent them now, since he knows they stole the money.Gator Shawn said:YI guess so, I was thinking he told his attorney pal that he found them, but I didn't consider that the Kettleman's just act like "oh we were just off camping."Johnny Bing said:Yep. I think that's how this plays out maybe.
I feel like ep 3 was the first one where the show stood on its own apart from BB. I also really liked it.Dare i say that episode was even better than the tuco one. Love this show
It did not look like it at all.Psychopav said:That wasn't the White backyard, was it? Sure looked a lot like it, if not. (no shtick)
The White's lived on a 1/4 acre lot with some Home Depot landscaping covering about 100sf. The Kettlemans are on a few acres of natural desert foothills. Easy mistake to make though. Most people from ABQ probably think all yards with grass and trees are the same piece of land.It did not look like it at all.Psychopav said:That wasn't the White backyard, was it? University of American SamoaSo where did Saul go to law school again?..![]()
Saul has a diploma in his office that says he is a graduate of the law school of University of American Samoa with an MA in political science. However, this may not be entirely factual, as the university doesn't exist in the real worldUniversity of American SamoaSo where did Saul go to law school again?..![]()
That's how I felt too. I really enjoyed ep3.I feel like ep 3 was the first one where the show stood on its own apart from BB. I also really liked it.Dare i say that episode was even better than the tuco one. Love this show
And u know this how?A little too convenient that Jimmy could find the Ultimate white family so easily. As Jimmy was walking his route up the hill to find the family we have classic high dessert flora. Then, inexplicably he is in a cottonwood grove. It looked to me like the same cottonwood grove down by the river where Walt offed Mike, just shot from a different angle. I am not seeing a cottonwood grove in the high country Jimmy was walking.

You are correct. This is a mistake, frankly one I'm surprised to see Gilligan & Co. make.

Was this the 1st ep that didn't have a new BB character appear?I feel like ep 3 was the first one where the show stood on its own apart from BB. I also really liked it.Dare i say that episode was even better than the tuco one. Love this show
Saul was a really brilliant comic relief/jester figure in BB, perfectly punctuating an otherwise very heavy show.McGarnicle said:All you idiots are clogging up the thread with your mess but just wanted to say I love the #### out of this show so far and looking forward to where they go with it.
It's funny, first few times Saul was on BB, the tone seemed off because at the time he struck me as sitcom-ish, but then his brilliance became more and more apparent, and the humor he brought to the show ended being perfect IMO. Now this show that is 100% Saul....damn, Odenkirk is just outstanding IMO. I had my doubts that it could be a show, but now I can't wait to see where it goes.

I'm familiar with Albuquerque. And u know this how?
Clearly you didn't read my previous complaints about the show. Although him out kicking his coverage with the blonde attorney is indicative of a hamline grad.HamlineSo where did Saul go to law school again?..![]()
I wasn't really trying to discredit whatever school Jimmy/Saul may have come from, just wondering if it's been confirmed on this show or BB whether Saul is a legit lawyer or not. If everybody but me already knew he scammed his way into being a lawyer thenHambone had the same Reporters, Restatements, and law books available at any other law school in the country. Harvard and Yale did not provide a financial opportunity that was workable for me at the time, and the University of Chicago, while being willing to work with me, also was beyond my means, but Hambone, well I could afford that.
Regardless of where I got my degree I sat for the same bar exam as those from other schools. Not only did I pass, but I did so with such a high Multi-State section score that I was eligible to wave into pretty much every jurisdiction in the country had I chosen to do so, excepting those states with a Field Code heritage, and the two which at the time also had a Practicum Section on their exam.
True Hambone does not have a top reputation, but then reputations do not perform, people do.
I am absolutely good with you. I was in no way poking at you or trying to correct you. I was just feeling Woz could benefit a bit from having another Hambone grad stand up and be counted.I wasn't really trying to discredit whatever school Jimmy/Saul may have come from, just wondering if it's been confirmed on this show or BB whether Saul is a legit lawyer or not.
