Because they are dragging out the introduction of Negan you can bet they will introduce him in a big way, probably with the death of a major character at the hands of Negan.  I'm putting my money on Abraham biting the dust.

So Negan has surrounded himself with an elite republican guard and his traveling henchmen are a bunch of rubes trying to get into the inner circle so they too can partake in the spoils of war reserved for the elite few in the inner circle?  

Two episodes back, Red didn't seem like cannon fodder to me.  She was pretty seasoned with a number of ears on her necklace.  She was calm, worked the walkie-talkie with code words well and was pretty punk.

loved the Groundhog day intro.

the heavy handed "gotta prove myself" side-by-side story-lines of **** biter and large marge... meh, but I get it. and did the job of pushing the story without too much idiocy (aside from marge putting herself repeatedly into harms' way.  I figure TWD world would have more people looking like Survivor TV show... but hos gotta eat, I guess.

the shootout at the not so ok corral.. wow. but the show has slowly beaten me down to caring less about that kind of dumb.

I'd have to go back and reread the non-spoiler post about the burned face guy- in the moment on the can when I read it, bugged me. told a bit too much when it really didn't need to. like adding the bit about being on the can when I read it.

I also found it funny that characters would ever question Daryl -- the guy who has been out roaming the woods more than about anybody, has the ability to track like a bloodhound, and has proven time and again he will essentially come out of any confrontation despite the overwhelming odds -- about what is the "safest" route to go. But then again, apparently he can't even drive a stick shift...

You also have Carol's lover and Coral's girlfriend. I know there are more, but I think that is the last of the people who have had any real screen time. I can't think of any others that haven't gotten killed.

That's my guess as well,  Kneeguhn kills Maggie when he's introduced. Glen is a close second in the "who does neagunn kill"  with Abraham bringing up the rear.

Kneigun needs to kill like 6 main characters to dig his reputation out of the gutter at this point.  He has the most incompetent crew of imbeciles.  What's the tally now, 1 Alexandrian killed vs. like 65 Kneiguns even though the latter has had Alexandrians at gunpoint unarmed 3 times now.

Serious question.  Have there ever been any other shows (not movies)on TV that are based on some book/comic that a LOT of the show watchers have read or are currently reading, along with a talk show directly after the show that talks about the show, not to mention 5 articles every day discussing spoilers and/or theories for what is coming?

I can't help but think all that makes the show worse for just about everyone, unless you are able to somehow live in a hole and not hear or see anything mentioned about the show. 

I personally don't care all too much about the spoilers and all that, but all the hype that goes into "known" events just seems to take away from it whether it plays out the exact same way or not.
