Just about every longer interview he's done, as well as his father. This excerpt from the article I replied to would be the most recent. Especially the bolded.
"When I go visit these coaches and when I go to all these different franchises, I ask them truly what I think and how I feel," Sanders said. "Some get offended, some like it, some don't. Make some people uncomfortable, some people invite that. They know what type of person and what type of player they're gonna get out of me, so I just have to make sure, you know, what type of culture or what type of dynamic I'm going to have with them also."
If you disagree that's fine. I'm not looking to debate opinions. And part of what leads me there is through the lens of everything else he's said and his reactions to everything throughout this process. I'm open to changing my mind based on new things he says, or even better, through his actions once he gets drafted. But someone telling me they read/took it differently isn't going to do that. I had the same bad vibes on Manzel entering the league though at least Sanders comes without the baggage of being a party boy on top of it. Instead it's the baggage of an overly involved father, who he's either unwilling or incapable of reigning in from continually stoking the media fire on an almost weekly basis.
Right, they are doing their due diligence regardless but there is a growing sentiment the Saints are going to pass him at 9 and if that happens he's falling into the teens or 20's at least and trading back up from 34 becomes a realistic path.
This is my best guess of what will happen. Whoever drafts Sanders will be a team coming into the teens or 20's to draft him after he falls. Not saying this like it's absolute, as many have pointed out only takes one team or one owner to insist his team selects him but it's how I think this is going to go.

I think any person who has skills that multiple companies would vie for should take a lesson from what Shedeur said in that quote.
Do you have a problem with him saying: "You know, when I get to the NFL, I don’t want you guys to miss out on me. Because every single team that picks a quarterback in front of me, I’m going to make it my mission to make sure that they regret not picking me.”
It worked out so well for Chosen Rosen.

Exactly my thought. In fact it feels like every year now a handful of players are spitting out some iteration of that quote these days. The only ones we really remember 5 years later are the ones ACTUALLY making teams regret it. The rest are used as a punchline.
But yeah no, to me that oft regurgitated statement while played out, isn't really a red flag or a problem for me. The fact Sanders is self-admitting to leaving coaches and staffs of several teams "offended" (his words) by how he acts/what he says in interviews... IS a red flag. There's plenty of room in the middle of the spectrum between obsequious kowtowing and obnoxiously offensive. Even if he wants to lean towards the confident/independent side, he sure doesn't seem to be doing himself any favors judging by reports does he?
Point is it's a bunch of factors together for Sanders. IMO he was never an elite college prospect. He apparently doesn't have skills multiple companies are vying for. He's not even the top prospect in a very weak class. And looking back to projections and reports from 3 months ago till now, it seems to only be getting worse for him as time goes on. I don't see many if any people in the Browns or Giants fan pages even on this site clamoring for their teams to take Sanders. I understand some people will excuse, or even like, how he's handled everything since the end of the college season. But it seems like willful ingnorance at this point to ignore the fact it's not in any way having a positive impact on his image, how people perceive him, or most importantly (at least I'd assume it should be most important to him and his future) his draft stock. And again, judging by the information we have, I'd say it's only been hurting it.
Vegas odds basically have 0 bias. Vegas doesn't care about talent, image, perception, color, etc. It cares about odds and money. And largely fluctuates based on a giant pool of gamblers who literally put their money where their mouth is with also one primary goal; be right and win money. They have the over/under on his draft slot right now at 8.5 (and it's been trending later over the past 30 days). QB is THE most important position in football and we watch every year as teams reach on even mediocre talent in the draft. Meanwhile, of the teams holding those top 8 picks that Vegas (re everyone) is betting on passing on him, the Titans, Browns, Giants, and Jets are in DESPERATE need of a QB. Like a decade removed from having any success at the position. Yet no one is putting money on any of them taking him? That's not a red flag? The current odds favorite team lines up with the O/U on the Saints at 1.09? And I think most people would say that's more influenced by Carr potentially missing the season than their desire to take Sanders.

so daddy pulling a little PR move here and I find the timing interesting.....Sanders and Hunter are going to have their numbers retired THIS weekend at the CU spring game....after winning the Heisman I have no problem with Hunter's number being retired....to me that's almost an automatic.....but there is no way Sanders should have his number retired....doing this predraft is kind of funny and sad...kind of an ahead of time face saver in case Sanders falls in the draft....and who retires numbers at a spring game...?...that is a pretty big deal that should be happening at an actual game....did Sanders break some passing records...?....sure, but the bar wasn't set very high to break.....this team was like 13-12 while he was there....(he missed a couple).....but c'mon man....

IDK Raiders, Jets, Saints are all potential landing spots in the top 10.
Seattle, Pittsburgh &, maybe, the Rams all seem like potential candidates to move up and snipe one of those top 10 teams to get him.
Pittsburgh and the Saints seem like the most likely options at this point.
The big question is gonna be where he is on teams boards, I don't think he'll be the QB2 on a lot of boards. I think many teams will want to shoot for the better tools of Dart/Milroe, even if they have lower % hit rates.
Steelers/Saints make sense because they need a starter now. I would think Rams/Raiders would shoot for the more toolsy types, because they can sit and develop. Jets/Seahawks...who knows? They might be totally happy with Fields/Darnold.

Talk about not helping……..
Listened to a podcast today with Daniel Jeremiah and he was saying the same thing and predicted that if any other QB then Ward goes in round one it will be with a teams second first round pick. Of course right now there are not teams with two first round picks.

That's gotta sting for the Giants fans.None it would be crazy to me and believe strongly if you injected top team decision makers with truth serum that he'd not be in some teams top 5 QB's thought I think on average he'd be QB2 and some teams QB1.
Just a matter of what team is making the pick but I feel stronger in my belief by the day that barring a trade up every QB but Ward but will be available in the 20's.

I'd probably be willing to wager he could fall a lot further than 21. I think Browns at #33 is a very reasonable over/under.NFL on ESPN

Interesting take.
Using a baseball developing hitting analogy that can be fixed with Shedeur's issue of holding the ball too long and taking bad sacks hinting that it can be fixed.

... while most quarterbacks need to get more accurate, Sanders is so accurate that he can afford to be less accurate and still be really, really, really accurate, which follows a basic premise that is being followed in baseball, a sport that I view as far more developmentally advanced than football.
... Part of avoiding sacks simply amounts to getting it out faster or off platform, which harms one’s accuracy. For Sanders, he’s so accurate that there is reason to think he can make those accuracy sacrifices and likely still be meaningfully more accurate than the average quarterback all the same.
... simply be reduced with some intentional coaching and a change in what Sanders is choosing to prioritize.

I think there is a very good chance a QB goes at #9, I just would be a little surprised if it were Sanders. I think he's gonna be QB4 on a lot of boards. He's better than Dart or Milroe right now, but his ceiling is a lot smaller than theirs, he has less a much weaker arm and much less mobility. I think any team with an offensive minded HC is gonna prefer the guys with better tools. NO with Kellen Moore, who has had a coaching career with Jalen Hurts, Justin Herbert, and Dak Prescott, doesn't feel like a guy who is gonna prefer Sanders to me.
Right now, I think 3 QBs go in round 1, I'm not confident any of them are Sanders. My question is how far he falls. Because of how many teams are set at QB, is round 3 (NYG, Cle) on the table? In my head right now, its Ward to the Titans, Dart to the Saints, and Milroe to the Steelers, though Milroe to the Saints could be possible as well. I think the NFL likes Milroe WAY more than people think. Elite arm, elite mobility, academic all-American, SEC.
In many ways I think Deion Sanders has been both a positive and a negative for Shadeur. I think being Deion's son has certainly raised his profile, especially as far as the media goes, but I also think its raised a lot of character issues that may not have been there if he were Shadeur Jones let's say.

Honestly, I think Deion is Shedeur’s biggest downside due to the circus factor that some organizations will want to simply avoid.
Being Primetime’s son has only helped him. He’s lived a life of privilege and yes that has led to some entitlement issues. However, he’s not Mel Kiper’s top QB in this draft without the support he’s received from his Dad.

#19 is worth 875 and those packages are roughly ~900 so pretty “fair” by the trade chart and it’s for a QB with Pittsburgh also looming at #21.
Just saying. Milroe, Dart, Shough. I’d be surprised if the Giants and Browns don’t end up with one of these guys. I guess if they have them all ranked the same just wait until the 2nd, but if there’s a guy they covet they should move back into the 1st.

Oh, I totally get the math. I just don't think he's worth it relative to the alternatives. Be patient and keep the picks to build around the inevitable QB flier. Hell, if the board falls like I think it may, move back from 33 and add another top 100 pick.
I won't make any absolutes but I do think he falls past 9. Will take it a step further and say I think if a team does not trade up for him he lasts till the 20's at least and if Rams or Steelers pass and no one trades up for him he'll last into round 2.
Again, no absolutes here, can't say no chance, not after we saw with Penix. Just what I think, I'd bet even money for sure right now he'll be around in at least the teens.
It may seem crazy for where he was projected but it's extremely similar to Levis. We are hearing Colts interest heavy the days leading up to the draft, at pick 4. Most people seemed to think if he got past 4 the Titans would grab him. When they passed he fell in part because most of the other teams picking for rest of round one were not in the round one QB market. Again could see a very similar outcome. If Saints don't take him at 9, which again I don't think they do, it seems very unlikely anyone picking between 10-20 would barring a trade up to pick him.
I actually think he could replicate the Levis situation right down to a team people mocked him to in round one, getting him in instead in round two or with their second first round pick via trade up.
