He's one pundit. Insiders reporting that his interviews were off the charts bad. Really, really bad. Like Snow White bad. If he doesn't have that, all he has is hype.I know everyone is aware, but he’s not only Mel’s QB1, but 5th overall rated player of this draft.

Even the Fall of Rome wasn't this bad.Looking forward to the documentary on this.
Footballguys has Sanders as their #1 Rookie QB also…He's one pundit. Insiders reporting that his interviews were off the charts bad. Really, really bad. Like Snow White bad. This isn't accurate at all.And Deion thought he'd dictate where his son would play. In the NFL.
This is wild and awesome. At this point, if you dont think he's good enough to take in the 4th round, why would you even draft him at all? Especially with the media it would come with.
Obviously this fall is NOT football related.Hmmnn.
Is it possible that Shedeur falls out of the first round?
He isn't that good so his daddy tried to "hide" him and let the hype do the talking instead of the workouts.Malik Willis all over again. The only difference is that his last name isn't Sanders, and he didn't have the ESPN hype train behind him. Sanders is learning why the draft process should be taken more seriously. Is this the biggest fall of any QB ever? From top 10 potential to maybe 4th round?. Guess he should have gone to the combine.
Huh? It sure is. Many pundits have said he's not that good. All hype. Again, his interviews were terrible but the game tape on him wasn't impressive either.Obviously this fall is NOT football related.Hmmnn.
Is it possible that Shedeur falls out of the first round?
We'll get the deets at some point.
And backfired in spectacular fashion. And Deion thought he'd dictate where his son would play. In the NFL.
And he still might.
As a UDFA....![]()
Probably the ball boy.Someone prank called him posing as a GM, Shedeur and his family got visibly excited and the caller told him he’d have to keep waiting and hung up. Dislike him all you want but that’s beyond an ahole move.
It was Brayden…Someone prank called him posing as a GM, Shedeur and his family got visibly excited and the caller told him he’d have to keep waiting and hung up. Dislike him all you want but that’s beyond an ahole move.
I repeat. Are you built for tomorrow? Are you built for tomorrow?Shedeur Sanders
I’m built for whatever today may bring
Was just going to post about this. Here's the video. People are freaking cruel.Someone prank called him posing as a GM, Shedeur and his family got visibly excited and the caller told him he’d have to keep waiting and hung up. Dislike him all you want but that’s beyond an ahole move.
Schadenfreude is among the worst human emotions. Whoever this guy was probably shows up at golf tournaments and shouts "get in the hole" a lot.Someone prank called him posing as a GM, Shedeur and his family got visibly excited and the caller told him he’d have to keep waiting and hung up. The child should have learned the most valuable lesson from this whole experience: When the employer wants to sit down and discuss football theory and practice, don't insist on playing a card game. It speaks volumes to being coachable. Nobody, and I mean nobody wants a QB who thinks they know it all. You have GOT to be coachable. Right now, his attitude is very telling, and you DO NOT want that in a locker room. It's toxic.
Tried watching the video and near as I can tell the person never posed as a GM or lied. Was just going to post about this. Here's the video. Shedeur Sanders prank-called during NFL Draft slide by imposter: 'Have to wait a little longer'
Shedeur Sanders fell victim to an ill-timed prank call during his dramatic fall in the NFL Draft, and the world watched while he livestreamed the whole thing.www.foxnews.com

yeah, and while the kid has talent, his talent isnt so over the top that teams will still draft you anyways. The child should have learned the most valuable lesson from this whole experience: When the employer wants to sit down and discuss football theory and practice, don't insist on playing a card game. Kind of getting Bridgewater vibes in terms of how draft day might go down
Why do people have this impression of Deion? When has he ever done something like this?think Deon hindered his kids upside too. it feels like he will be yapping at the coach/GM every time he feels they didnt handle his kid the right way. or worse..... yapping at the media. I wouldnt want the distraction. While he is a good prospect, hes no
Thing is, do teams want a vocal backup? Patriots just traded their backup QB for nothing because they didn’t want the headacheAt this point, good teams with their QB set have to start getting tempted just to have a potential good backup.
Starting last spring, he talked about he only wanted his son going to certain cities, and that he should be the #1 pick, and other stuff I forgot. He hasn't been Lavar Ball, but you don't have to squint too hard to get there. Why do people have this impression of Deion? That certainly seems like the conundrum. But starting to be worth the risk at this point, maybe this is the humble pie he needed.Thing is, do teams want a vocal backup? I agree with pretty much all of this. And the funny thing is, we are now hearing that he will come in with a major chip on his shoulder, but he will likely have one towards the team that eventually drafts him as well. He obviously saw himself as a top draft pick (how silly does that look now?), yet will know that whatever team drafts him passed on him at least 2-3 times (depending on how many picks that team had in the draft prior to when they take him) and didn't see him as a player they just had to have.Starting last spring, he talked about he only wanted his son going to certain cities, and that he should be the #1 pick, and other stuff I forgot. But I don't think much about what Deion has previously said. I think, and this is NOT Deion's fault, that the current media landscape is such that he will constantly be getting asked about his son in the pros. And he's not the type to give safe, boring responses. Which I respect, and support!
BUT: Sportswriting is broken in this country, right? it's just a content creation machine, and controversy makes the best content. So it's going to be one barely-a-journalist after another asking Prime about Shedeur after every game, and then running over to Coach Whoever in the NFL to ask them about what Prime said. Every week. Deion is a lazy writers dream, every week. It was a media frenzy every week, in Colorado.
Front offices and coaches are human. They all are thinking, who needs the headache? For a guy with a mid arm, who played in a simple offense, is a pocket passer, and was expecting to come into the NFL and be handed a starting job.
As a QB, I think he's a better prospect than any of the guys who went, aside from Cam. But I think all the outside noise is completely valid to pass on him.
Special place in hell for that person. Probably one of the people calling you to buy your home or sell you medical insurance. Was just going to post about this. Here's the video.
