Picked him up prior to the game (and dropped T. Benson...who I will pick up later in the week). Another miss. I'll probably drop him again next week, pick him up again. Rinse repeat.

Anyone expecting him to be truly fantasy relevant in 2024 without an injury to Hall was wishful thinking. However, he is a dynasty stash that will probably payoff big down the road, but fantasy players are short on patience. Or at least the crappy dynasty players are.

Davis has 5 carries for the entire season. He got 3 of his 4 total receptions last game. If Hall were to be out of picture it has to be Allen. They are fully aware that Hall is on last year of his deal next year. You'd think the logical thing would be to run Allen into the ground to really see what ya got. Right? Ha ha

No, projections are not interesting

Clearly they are directional. And ESPNs are crap compared to the FBGs here.

It's uncanny, but they may not get a player's projection within a couple standard deviations, but they tend to nail a team's total score pretty darn well.

Obviously, you take any projections with a grain of salt.

That's not weekly projections though. That's essentially AI-assisted yearly projections which are crap. Their weekly projections are very closely aligned with Vegas prop bets, I've found.

I wouldn't do it to drop Vidal, but I would drop McCormick. I'm only speaking from a dynasty perspective and may be different for redraft. I happen to like Davis' long term value more than McCormick, but I have to say I don't know a lot about McCormick. I did go and read up on him however.

What makes you so certain?

You saw his play last sunday? You saw him limping around? He then didn’t practice all week. He didn’t practice Friday, which is generally a bad sign to play on Sunday. They listed him as doubtful. Is there a large list of players who are listed as doubtful that play? You are optimistic that Breece Hall is playing Sunday? Am I reading this wrong?
