If Cooks is out, something tells me that Ty Johnson is the one to grab.
I think that's the case as well.If Cooks is out, something tells me that Ty Johnson is the one to grab.
Ty Johnson has great speed and has been decent in a backup role. Can any Lion or Jet fans chime in ... @BobbyLayne , @rockactionI think that's the case as well.If Cooks is out, something tells me that Ty Johnson is the one to grab.
I suspect they'll both have about equal value, but IMO Johnson is the better play in PPR for the receptions.I think Davis is the one to own. He's got more of a chance of being a three down back IMO. I believe Ty Johnson is more of a third down back.
Johnson is fast, but never looked like a very good RB on the Lions. I've heard that he was better on the Jets, but can't speak to that.Ty Johnson has great speed and has been decent in a backup role. Ty got that salty VETERAN stink on him. I agree Davis has looked far superior and I would choose him if I have to.Ray Davis has been the one rotating series with Cook this year. Not sure why you guys think Johnson is the back up.
Because what you are saying could not be further from the truth.Ray Davis has been the one rotating series with Cook this year. Not sure why you guys think Johnson is the back up.
Davis has 26 carries to Johnson's 10 and they both have 4 catches.Because what you are saying could not be further from the truth.Ray Davis has been the one rotating series with Cook this year. Not sure why you guys think Johnson is the back up.

I have watched quite a few Bills games and after 2 or 3 series it was always Davis who came in to give Cook a rest and he looked good early in the year. Johnson is more of a 3rd down back.Because what you are saying could not be further from the truth.Ray Davis has been the one rotating series with Cook this year. MTP sprain
In grade I injuries, symptoms usually resolve in a week or two.
In grade II injuries, symptoms last > 2 weeks.
In the rare grade III injuries (complete rupture of the plantar ligament complex), symptoms persist beyond several weeks and include continued difficulty moving the great toe.
That's just not true and not sure how you can say that when Davis only played 2 snaps last week.I have watched quite a few Bills games and after 2 or 3 series it was always Davis who came in to give Cook a rest and he looked good early in the year. Like most people here I also watch a lot of Bills games and Ray Davis primary role has been the closer, not the backup. 19 of his 26 carries have been with a lead, 16 of those 19 with a 15+ point lead and 17 of his 27 carries in the 4th quarter.
I don't know how it would look if Cooks is out but I don't see any way of framing him as being the guy that's been the primary backup.
I think Cook is fine and is getting veteran rest. Their game is Monday. He practices tomorrow and Saturday and this whole thread is a nothing burger.I think both play a lot with no CookThat's just not true and not sure how you can say that when Davis only played 2 snaps last week.I have watched quite a few Bills games and after 2 or 3 series it was always Davis who came in to give Cook a rest and he looked good early in the year. Yeah, but isn't the odds of the sky falling always high here? In the event the sky truly does fall, I believe both the backups get plenty of play.I think Cook is fine and is getting veteran rest. I would think so but his particular convo was in response to Schmeabs saying Davis had been rotating series with Cook and wondering why anyone would think TJ was the play.I think both play a lot with no CookThat's just not true and not sure how you can say that when Davis only played 2 snaps last week.I have watched quite a few Bills games and after 2 or 3 series it was always Davis who came in to give Cook a rest and he looked good early in the year. I like the cut of your jibIf Cook happens to be out, obviously game script aside, I see Ray getting 20 touches. Dudes is baller.in the event one is forced to play cooks’ backup up do we have a consensus if it’s Davis or Johnson? Asking for a friend
Last week Bills were playing from behind hence more Johnson. Not sure if Davis was hurt either. All I know is first several games Davis was definitely the back up.That's just not true and not sure how you can say that when Davis only played 2 snaps last week.I have watched quite a few Bills games and after 2 or 3 series it was always Davis who came in to give Cook a rest and he looked good early in the year. Big issue is he plays MNF and if there's no certainty come Sunday you are forced to either bench him or you must have at least a good of player to replace him if you don't. Here's the latest news by rotowire.Copy that. Doesn't change the fact that I don't believe this to be in any way serious.Yahoo nothing to do with comment just copied / pasted from Rotowire. This sounds like a classic veteran rest day to me. Those Yahoo fantasy blurbs do too much editorializing IMO.

Cook won't practice Wednesday due to foot and toe injuries, Maddy Glab of the Bills' official site reports.
Spin: According to Alaina Getzenberg of ESPN.com, Cook is banged up coming out of last week's loss to Houston and now falls into the day-to-day category ahead of Monday's game against the Jets. Look for added context regarding Cook's status to arrive no later than Thursday, when the Bills will post their first official Week 6 injury report. While Cook is sidelined for at least Wednesday's session, Ty Johnson and Ray Davis are next up for reps out of the backfield.
Also, I'm probably looking elsewhere if Cook isn't able to go. Neither of the backups would be viable fantasy starts IMO.

If you rack up that kind of tab, you should be drunk enough that forgetting to pay is expected. The better question is who doesn't take a card.I am glad Cook fixed this, but how do you go to a club, rack up nearly a thousand dollar tab, then forget to pay it..LMAO

Considering all of what you sourced & a quick search & we see that (a) bottle, meaning one plus tax and gratuity may likely have been above what he paid. He may not even have pressed the service button, may have been nobody did. What about it, huh? They assume themselves past the door. Excuse me, are you Mr. Smith? No, oh I must've gotten it wrong somehow. My perfect record, flushed down the dung hole, I'm gonna die. You'll forgive me, I'm all a flutta, I'm getting evicted today from my home... for going to church & being nice to everybody. But before I go & since I'm here, on my tray are only the finest spirits..... I think I’m risking it instead of flexing Kraft.
Robinson being out makes Ekeler over Cook a no brainer for me. I think.
He’s definitely the wild card. Figure in PPR Ekeler should be safe either way. Gimme 12-15 points and I’ll be happy.Robinson being out makes Ekeler over Cook a no brainer for me. I think.
I like it. Though oddly, McNichols has looked good the last two weeks.
That offense is humming, any piece of it is a good idea.
Upon reflection and looking back at the precedent set this year, high probability Cook doesn’t play tomorrow. Tucker it is.I think I’m risking it instead of flexing Kraft.
Think I’d go with Tucker, he’s getting peppered and all of the GB WRs not named Reed are dinged up, running bad routes, suspended or have duck feet where their hands should be,
Me, I’m looking at starting a lottery ticket running back.
