I just saw him being carried off field. Didn't look good. What happened ? any updates?

muffed a punt.....while falling on it.......niner hit his right leg and it turned at a 90 degree angle.......gotta sinking feeling that may be a year-ender............ :)

Tried to limp off, collapsed, grabbed the side of his knee. Pretty sure everyone is fearing the worse, peyton included.

Posted in the game thread that I think it will be a season ender. It looks bad. I have him on my FF team, but just hope it wasn't as bad as it looked given what he has been through recently.

Lots of people stayed who stayed at a Holiday Inn Express. Let's wait for a real doctor. It could be bad, but let's hope for the best.

it reminded me of that willis mcgahee injury in the 2002 national championship game..........i hope it's not that bad..........don't be suprised if it's the acl/mcl/pcl.............i'll be praying for reggie tonite....been a really tough year for him................ :)

It looked bad but NOTHING like the mcgahee injury. Mcgahee's looked far worse and was cringeworthy.

why don't you just say a lower leg injury?

Not sure Pierre Thomas has always been able to hold up either, never 200 carries in a season. If Bush were gone for the season I would be interested in who is not on the New Orleans team right now. Maybe they jump the Packers and trade for Freddie or Marshawn.

Bush is probably out but comparing his injury to mcgahees makes no sense.

Don't be surprised if you see Deangelo Williams carrying the ball for the Saints in the next few weeks.
I would be very, very, very, very surprised. How often does a team trade their starting all pro caliber RB to another team midseason? I've been watching football a loooong time and I've never seen it.

Poor Reggie. He was in the best shape of his career too. Im pretty bummed.Look at Chris Ivory on waivers guys
Chris has been out with a knee injury. I haven't heard word on his status.
ivory's expected back by week 3 or 4..
Is he a better pick-up than Wynn?
based on the preseason? absolutely.ETA - ivory is a player more along the lines of pierre than he is of reggie.

Not being able to bear any weight on it usually means acl.
you nailed that Ryan Mathews prognosis
I was assuming the worst because i have mathews on all my teams. Bush did look like a torn acl based on how he collapsed and his facial reaction on the cart.Id put acl tear at about 90% at the moment.
I think it's a lis franc.
The infamous dreaded lis franc. Let's all pray that's not the case as it's a career ender.
