I know nothing about Bronco's new coach, and was wondering if anyone could make an educated guess on what effect he will have on players like Orton, Moreno, Gaffney, Lloyd, etc. They have had no running game to speak of for most of the year, but will he at least try to establish the run, or abandon it quickly and chuck it around 50 times?

Rumor has it, not alot will change. Atleast , not this week. OC Mike McCoy will be calling the plays , not Studesville. McCoy has already commented he plans to run the same or , atleast, similar offense. Studesville may interject a few more running plays than is usual, but i wouldn't expect a drastic difference this week.

 

[Buffaloes]

They'd be wise not to completely abandon the run with ~11 minutes left in the game, down by only 4 points, with a QB who is off his game and woefully inaccurate for the day, and a RB who has 23 carries for 161 yards (7.0 ypc) like they did last week.
