I did miss that, I see where the reference comes form now, thanks. I think it's a terrific point.@SaintsInDome2006 I think you may have missed this discussion. It belongs with your loyalty test quotes. It continues through the post of mine you quoted.
I think the fellow travelers at Fox on the punditry side have got to realize by now their problems did not begin and end with Megyn Kelly. Wallace and Shep Smith continue to do their jobs. Wallace was very aggressive with Preibus today.Saints:
Wallace: You talk about honesty. Well, two things Trump said yesterday were just flat wrong.
Wow. Day 1 and FoxNews is already calling him out.
Nail. Head. You should read from these people that have spent time with him: http://www.politico.com/magazine/story/2017/01/trump-biographers-presidency-legitimate-214655
the use of Twitter to distract from any real questions, emphasis on loyalty, vituperation toward anyone he sees who is disloyal or doesn’t toe his line, and his emphasis on conflict, the notion of setting people against each other.
Encouraging, too. We've reached a point where virtually no Trump supporter will let their mind be changed by something on MSNBC or CNN, or if they do will publicly admit to it. FOX News still has that power. As noted above, until Ailes left it wouldn't have been very likely. When he left 6 months ago I considered it a possibility.
Trump has the right to not release his tax returns, just like Obama has the right to not release his birth certificate.Did we cover that this morning Conway said we won't see Trump's tax returns because the people don't care, pushing right past the old bull#### excuse that Trump was under audit?
Wallace is the best in the biz imo.I think the fellow travelers at Fox on the punditry side have got to realize by now their problems did not begin and end with Megyn Kelly. Wallace and Shep Smith continue to do their jobs. Wallace was very aggressive with Preibus today.
Everyone who hosts and goes on these programs are there for one reason. They are paid to give America a good show. Ratings!here's the thing. they can go to war with the press all they want. Spicer, Conway, Trump, et al can simply call a meeting with Fox. They'll use that to calm the waters with the older crowd and Breitbart et al with the younger crowd. Going to war with the press doesn't matter because they don't speak to/for their constituency.
I guess it's possible. But considering his approval ratings since winning the election compared to his predecessors, and how theyve been trending, I think I'd probably bet against it. It seems like he doesn't understand that he's the president of all of us now, not just the candidate of some of us.I wouldn't bet against it.
Whether you accept it or not, Trump is the President of all of us. Lefties should evaluate what is the best way to influence what Trump does. Civil protest is one tool, but riots and mayhem may not be the be best strategy if one truely cares about achieving real results.I guess it's possible. Obama had to show his birth certificate to be eligible for office.Trump has the right to not release his tax returns, just like Obama has the right to not release his birth certificate.

Trump is a guy who understands deal making. Lefties have to gather their own star negotiators and start dealing.I totally agree. It is also why I view the clusterf##k & mayhem as a potentially sound tactic for DJT...for now.
How can "lefties" formulate a plan, if they can't see through the fog ofwar(tweets, pressers, interviews, etc.) that creates confusion on so many levels, that one is left questioning...where is the important/real battlefield?
Not one word of this had anything at all to do with my post, and I love it. Rohn Jambo remains the gold standard of Trump trolls.Whether you accept it or not, Trump is the President of all of us. Sure, Obama caved in but that is his perogative.Obama had to show his birth certificate to be eligible for office.
he has alternative factsObama had to show his birth certificate to be eligible for office.
I think I agree, but DJT's deal making of the past, may not be of the same species as the deal making he is now embarking on. How fast can he learn this new arena?Trump is a guy who understands deal making. Lefties have to gather their own star negotiators and start dealing.
I don't think you understand what these words mean, and I'm not just saying that because you spelled prerogative wrong.Sure, Obama caved in but that is his perogative.Obama had to show his birth certificate to be eligible for office.
Thanks, I try my best. Not one word of this had anything at all to do with my post, and I love it. Rohn Jambo remains the gold standard of Trump trolls.
A deal is usually a compromise but a good deal is when both sides get something they want. All the smart guys understand this.I think I agree, but DJT's deal making of the past, may not be of the same species as the deal making he is now embarking on. How fast can he learn this new arena?
Also, I think we all would all be wise (left/right/center) to begin compiling a list of our true priorities, because it is very possible that no one will leave the negotiations truly satisfied. Which in a sense (no true satisfaction on all sides) can be a good thing imo. But, we need to gun for what we think is most important to our position.
He's gotta be on the short list for Sean Spicer's successor. Not one word of this had anything at all to do with my post, and I love it. Rohn Jambo remains the gold standard of Trump trolls.
Maybe I could teach Spicer a thing or two. He's gotta be on the short list for Sean Spicer's successor.
You can accuse someone of false news but you have better fact check first.Rambo is an excellent dog name. Thanks, I try my best.
Here is a little side note. It's good luck to name a dog Rambo:
Missing therapy dog Rambo is found!
Missing security dog Rambo is found!
Actually, I did not create this account myself. A every nice supporter let me borrow it some years ago but I still use it today.Rambo is an excellent dog name.
Underrated dog name? Jambo.
I have used this approach many times and it always worked like magic. This is a former troop of mine. He was at the military ball Friday, loves Trump, and has a sense of humor. This is how it's done
The Secret Service and CNN pretty much nailed Spicer on the lying about the crowd.Well crowd sizes are what they are. Why the president sent him press secretary out to lie about on --- I don't get that either.
“This was the first time in our nation’s history that floor coverings have been used to protect the grass on the [National] Mall,” Spicer said. “That had the effect of highlighting any areas where people were not standing, while in years past the grass eliminated this visual. This was also the first time that fencing and magnetometers went as far back on the Mall, preventing hundreds of thousands of people from being able to access the Mall as quickly as they had in inaugurations past.”
However, CNN’s Jim Acosta spoke with a representative of the U.S. Secret Service, who said “no magnetometers were used on the National Mall for Trump’s inauguration.”
Acosta also posted photos of workers laying down ground covers to protect the grass on the National Mall in January of 2013, disproving Spicer’s claim that the Trump inauguration was the first use of ground covers.
Wow! I am impressed in a way that I find very hard to put into words.“This was the first time in our nation’s history that floor coverings have been used to protect the grass on the [National] Mall,” Spicer said. “That had the effect of highlighting any areas where people were not standing, while in years past the grass eliminated this visual."
There were magnetometers at the security checkpoint to the Mall that I tried to go through. However, CNN’s Jim Acosta spoke with a representative of the U.S. Secret Service, who said “no magnetometers were used on the National Mall for Trump’s inauguration.”
I love you for asking this.Am I the only one who was bothered when Trump told the assembled CIA Staff "I Love You"?
Just not something you tell professionals
Don't sell the Democratic party short. They can #### this up. I would bet on it.LOL at 8
I don't think he ever showed his college grades.Obama had to show his birth certificate to be eligible for office.
7:1 odds?Don't sell the Democratic party short. They can #### this up. I would bet on it.
Unfortunately, he didn't have to. :(At least Hitler didn't lie about the size of his crowds.![]()
True. But there isn't a longstanding precedent of Presidential candidates showing their grades.I don't think he ever showed his college grades.Obama had to show his birth certificate to be eligible for office.
My bet...right now:
He won't last a month. He'll never be the nominee. He'll never win the general. LOL at 8. STOP.LOL at 8
If you actually examine his business history, you'd see this is not at all an accurate statement. In fact, he's made multiple awful deals, awful choices and terrible business decisions. This is well known in NYC real estate and business circles. It's also why numerous financial institutions would no longer do business / lend to him.Trump is a guy who understands deal making. Lefties have to gather their own star negotiators and start dealing.
Everyone has past failures, Even Lincoln ran a bankrupt business, but smart people learn from them.If you actually examine his business history, you'd see this is not at all an accurate statement. That said, he is a great brand master. Amazingly so. If anything was a stroke of genius in trumps professional career, it was his recognition of these strengths and weaknesses as he pivoted from being an actual deal maker and developer to a brand ambassador and personality.
