So don't get the guac. JFC man, get ahold of yourself.Fair enough, but we prob have different views of defining good shape... My goal is a lot of lean muscle and BF% under 10.
If someone goes for a bowl with just double chicken, tomatoes, and guac they have taken in 2/3 of their sodium content in that one sitting. Personally with my goals and family history of slightly elevated blood pressure, wouldn't define that as healthy. Throw in a few other things and I feel it starts getting ugly. Just my opinion to align with my goals of being fit, muscular, and a 6 pack - to each his own.

Read the caloric and fat intake of your burrito.
your fat guys and gals didn't get there by eating avocados.
