The difference between yahoo and nfl.com is 0.5 points for Cohen (5 yards).  Definitely possible that is the entire difference in the cutline.  If you look at the individual entries right around the cut it would tell the tale for sure.

Doesn't look like the answer.  None of the teams less than .5 above the cut had Cohen's score count for them.

FWIW, Wheaton lateraled back to Cohen who essentially just fell on the ball where it hit him.  He never made it back to where Wheaton was when he tossed it, so I think he has to be charged with lost yardage on the play.

163 and advancing.  Will be tougher this week.  Wilson/Graham on bye along with $17 worth of Bills WR's that have been doing nothing.

There are still about 6 players who I am not capturing stats for because they haven't accumulated any stats yet this year.  I know M. Wheaton is one of those players so he is currently counting as a zero in Calcomatic right now.  If he got his first catch of the year last night, I'll be able to find the NFL ID associated with his stats and then his score will be available to count for the people who have him in the contest.  I just checked and Wheaton only had 1 catch for 9 yards so his 1.9 points probably won't move the needle too much I'm guessing.

so nfl.com is correct on that.  Wonder if it is a similar play though.  Those pass/lateral ones are always tricky.

This is becoming quite the Scooby Doo mystery.

Anybody switch teams like a kicker and maybe they are missing in calcomatic?  Say Butker?

-QG

Calcomatic has 10 points for Seattle Defense.  FBG has 12.  Boxscore on yahoo shows 2 sacks plus 2 intereceptions plus 3 fumbles lost by Rams to Seahawks.

-QG

Made it by a mile but I need a miracle to happen week 6!!!

no QB!!! (How I got cut last year)

2 RB

1 kicker

= so screwed lol.

I'm officially out (missed cut by 5 points).  I tried going with the early bye strategy, hoping I could squeeze by this week, but fell just short.  Had Brees/Bradford as my QBs, so only managed about 1 point out of the QB position this week.  I had a good number of the popular sleepers (Hunt, Hogan, Kittle, Clay, K.Wright), and was running at a pretty good clip before this week (scored 200 +/- a few points the past two weeks).  I could have used a bit more out of my high dollar WRs (Evans and Cooper).  Ah well.

Can you double check Yahoo?  I just checked these 4 sites and all of them have stats that work out to 10 points.

ESPN: 2 sacks, 2 INT, 2 DFR
CBS : 2 sacks, 2 INT, 2 DFR
NFL : 2 sacks, 2 INT, 2 DFR
MFL : 2 sacks, 2 INT, 2 DFR

165.1

Through 5 weeks:

QB:  Wilson (3) Bradford (1), Siemian (1) - Looks like Bradford can't be counted on.  Shame after how good he looked Week 1

RB:  Hunt (5), Cook (3), Burkhead (1), Smallwood (1), C West (1), Kelley (0), Rawls (0) - Decimated with injuries like most teams.  Rostering Charcnado may prove wise, hopefully Burkhead and Fat Rob get back soon

WR:  Hogan (4), Evans (3), Parker (2), M Jones (2), Cooper (1), Richardson (1), Z Jones (0) - Amari killing me but Hogan making up for it so far.

TE:  Ertz (5), Kelce (4), Kittle (2), J Thomas (0) - another monster week from the tight ends.  Week 10 looms large though with ertz and kelce on bye.

K:  Succop (3), Walsh (2), Z Gonzalez (0) - Gonzalez over Legatron.  oof

DE:  Lions (3), 49ers (2), Saints (0), Browns (0) - meh. Passable performances so far

I have 5 guys on bye and another guy out (Santos) this week. But 4 of them haven't counted for me at all this year. Weirdly, the guy I'm most worried about is Witten. Not exactly how I drew it up

Surprised I'm still alive with DJ and Cooper. Went with RB's that had cheap backups and that's not even helping me with DJ. Funny my cheapest starters at RB & WR have been my most consistent performers. Haven't come close to being eliminated but not feeling too confident.

Dak Prescott $14
Matthew Stafford $13

David Johnson $39
Jordan Howard $26
Kareem Hunt $10
Tarik Cohen $3
Wendell Smallwood $3
Charcandrick West $3
Kerwynn Williams $2

Doug Baldwin $25
Amari Cooper $25
Kelvin Benjamin $17
Marvin Jones $11
Rishard Matthews $10
Chris Hogan $5

Jimmy Graham $18
Zach Ertz $13
George Kittle $3

Greg Zuerlein $2
Zane Gonzalez $2

Cleveland Browns $2
Detroit Lions $2
New Orleans Saints $2

NFL.com shows 5 turnovers in the box score.

I went through the plays and these are the 5 turnovers.  not sure the semantics of the rules about muffs or fumbles out of the end zone - you'll have to ask the powers that be.

1) Gurley fumbled out of the endzone.  Result is Seattle ball and a touchback.

2) Austin muffed a punt.  Seahawks recovered.

3) Goff INT

4) Goff INT

5) Sack of Goff that results in a fumble recovered by Seattle.

My guess is calcomatic misses the muffed punt.  Again don't know what the rules say.  But there ya go.

-QG

It's probably the touchback fumble that isn't counting for most fantasy sites, since it wasn't "recovered" by anyone on the defense.

No idea what the official contest ruling will be, but definitely worth calling the administrator's attention to it.

Thanks @QuizGuy66 and @Arodin - the difference must be the touchback.  Calcomatic is looking for interceptions and fumble recoveries and not accounting for turnovers on touchbacks - I didn't realize a touchback like that would be counted as a turnover for FF purposes so I'll have to change the scoring module to account for this type of play after work tonight.

Thanks for the research guys!

QBs:  Wilson (2), Wentz (3

They have very nicely alternated good/bad weeks with each other - resulting in an average of 30.4 for the position.  Need Wentz to have another good week this week with Wilson out.

RBs:  Hunt (5), Hyde (4), McCaffrey (3), Cook (2), Smallwood (1)

This started out well, but with Cook's injury, Hyde's job security, McCaffrey's inconsistency, and Hunt's ownership stats - this is a dicey position for me right now.  Averaging 44.8 for the 2 RBs combined - but that is skewed somewhat by Hunt's huge Week 1.

WRs: Hogan (4), Jordy Nelson (3), Cooks (2), Cooper (1), Richardson (1), Goodwin (1)

Hogan has been good, Cooper has been bad - hoping to see more consistency from Nelson and Cooks (though I had both Hogan and Cooks knowing the Patriots could feature different receivers each week).  Averaging 38.2 combined from WRs.

TEs: Ertz (5), Engram (2), Graham (1)

Ertz has been great, but he is now on close to 50% of all remaining teams, Engram could show an uptick in value over the next several weeks, while Graham finally woke up this week.  Averaging 16.5 points per week.

FLEX: RB (5), TE (3), WR (2) - average 32.3 per week

K: Walsh (4), Crosby (1)

This has been the Blair Walsh Project.  Averaging 7.9 points per week.

D: Seahawks (4), Patriots (1)

Averaging 9.4 points.  Patriots have been bad, but they have the Jets this week while Seattle in on Bye, so I hope that pays off....

Overall, a solid, if unspectacular, showing.  In retrospect, I think I could have chosen a better WR than Cooper, but he may hold the key to my future with fewer than 500 owners remaining if he and Carr can get on the same page.  I have used every player at least once, and Hunt and Ertz in all 5 weeks.  Bye's won't be a significant issue until week 11, when I have 2 of my now 3 starting RBs out.  Perhaps Smallwood will be contributing then...

QBs - 30.4
RBs - 44.8
WRs - 38.2
TEs - 16.5
Flex - 32.3
K - 7.9
D - 9.4
TOTAL - 179.5

Almost certainly will be out this week

Dalton on bye and Mariota who is unlikely to play as my 2 QBs.

DJ and DeVante Parker hurt

Ajayi and Crowder basically usless

Graham, Richardson, B. Walsh on bye

Will be a miracle if I survive

Bye weeks  and Injury's are going to thin out a Few real quick

Using players used from the first 5 weeks

Out week 6    3 scores have counted, out 4 players

Out week 7    5 Scores have counted,  out 3 players

Out week 8     11 Scores have counted, out 5 players

Out Week 9    9 Scores have counted, out 7 players

Out Week 10  16 Scores have counted, out 5 players Might get David Johnson back

Out Week 11 4 Scores that have counted out 2 player one of them David Johnson

This is what makes this so appealing and fun Second guess all year long kind of like a baseball game

Looks like I'll be missing DJ, Powell, Parker, Sturgis, and possibly Mariota due to injury, and Dalton, Paul Richardson, and Witten to BYE. Somehow managed to not be close to the cut so far, but it's not looking good this week.

$94 missing and would still have a shot if not for the no QB I'll be playing with inches worst part is Hunt has to count for me.

Calcomatic is all fixed up now and ready to go for tonight!
Still giving Smallwood 0.2 points - snafu from the official scoring originally crediting Smallwood with a 2 yd run, before changing it to Barner

Most prolific Trio this season?

Hunt
Hogan
Ertz

Combined on 2125 teams that are still alive, with a 86.9% survival rate (compared to 46.4 overall survival rate).

I think you will be hard pressed to find another trio of players who are collectively owned by 2000+ teams, with such a high survival rate.

Substitute Hogan for Diggs?  nm!

Oof. That's going to be tough to overcome.
the good news is I still have 17 players and Ertz got me off to a good start :)

assuming Kelley is out I am rolling:

Stafford/Winston

Ajayi/Hunt/Kerwynn

Evans/Wallace/Hogan/Anderson/Wright/Goodwin

Ertz/Gates/Gresham

Dawson

Washington/Detroit

:boxing:

I'm going to have a zero at RB unless Powell plays.  Also a zero at TE with byes/Clay injury.  Wentz and the Eagles D put up decent numbers, and Agholor came through with a respectable WR number.  I have an uphill climb but a punchers chance.  I'm hoping this week will be the lowest cutline of the year.

Yep.

ReplaceHogan with Z leg and the rate goes to 88.48. but only 573 teams.

Put all 4 together and you get 94.84%, from 426 teams.
