The Bucks are getting blown out for the second time in 4 games and have to be wondering why they fired Bud after being the NBA top seed last season. Maybe Terry Stotts saw something.

This BOS starting 5 of Holiday, White, Brown, Tatum, Porzingis is pretty ****ing incredible. Heard on the broadcast they were averaging 102 points combined. Not sure where that would rank, but that sounds like a lot of ****ing ppg for a starting 5

As a Sixers fan, holy ****, give me Embiid, Maxey, role players and a **** ton of salary cap with this coach.
And a first round exit in the playoffs this year?
Is Rivers still the Sixers coach?

No?
Nick Nurse, in his last 4 years in Toronto, finished in 9th place, lost in the first round of the playoffs, finished in 12th place, and lost in the semis.

He won a champjonship thanks to Kawhi. His reputation far exceeds his actual coaching records

He does very, very well building a team to succeed around a singular superstar with complementary players.

I honestly thought Killian Hayes was in danger of being out of the league coming into this year. Instead he's starting playing 25+ minutes a game. Amazing.

Brutal tonight.

And a brutal loss for the Pistons after being up 18 in the second half.

Starters shot 57/55/94 tonight and scored 92 points in essentially 3 quarters.

Mavs 4-0.

Everyone else in the West x-1 or more than 1.
Celtics 4-0. Everyone else in the East has at least 2 losses except Philly, who has 1.

:coffee:
The C's certainly can ride their starting 5 . . . as they have been crazy good. What happens if there are injuries or on rest days?. The bench scored 63 last night . . . but I don't have faith in anyone outside of Horford to play at a consistent level or contribute meaningful minutes when it actually matters. It's a lot easier to make a three pointer up 50 than it is down 8 with two minutes left in the game.

I think Brisset will hold his own and be a good bench energy guy and they think enough of Pritchard that they extended him although he does need to prove he can raise his game in the playoffs...both of these players only need to be role players unless they have a run of bad luck on injuries...also, Stevens has stocked-up on a whole bunch of second-rounders so he will be able to bring in another solid bench player...the C's are all in for the next few years and their core is very legit and in the NBA it is about your big time players and it is time for Brown and especially Tatum to prove they can win a title...I just don't see Stevens letting a role player coming off the bench being the reason they can't win a title.

This.

They are short 1 decent mid-level vet to help eat up minutes and be a plus player on one end of the floor. Could be any position (although a big would be most helpful since KP & Horford are it and both more prone to miss time).

And it is not something to worry about right now...they have time...if someone on the current roster develops/steps up than great...if not than go get someone...Stevens has done the hard part by adding Jrue and Porzingas.

Spurs were up by 20+ and the Suns cut it to 1 with 5:00 minutes. Spurs win by 11.

You could sense life leaving the body of the Suns homer announcer.

Once he gets a couple years of experience, learns how to get to the line more and get some more easy buckets, he may legit average 40 ppg for a season. I honestly don't know how he can be stopped once he learns how to use all of his size and skill.

So, Wemby may be as advertised.

He seems impossible to guard and is very active on defense.

He really is a unicorn. Nice coming out party tonight.

PHX not looking so good dropping two in a row to SA at home. Not sure Beal will make that much of a difference.

Where are all the chirpy Yusef Nurkic defenders now? Outplayed by Dale Eubanks yet again. Sad!
