Keenan Allen surely saved a lot of us this week, and probably myself included.
He was projected at 133 points for the season and has already scored 111.50. His live projection for the season at this same pace would put him at 254 points, putting him right up there with the expensive wider receivers, many of whom either got injured or have not produced. What a bargain for $5.
Kayshon Boutte so far is another big plus WR, having already exceeded his 77 point projection, currently sitting on 79.60 points. His live projection works out to 182 for the season - not bad for a $2 cap charge. I'm not saying he'll reach that total, but everything he scores from here on out is icing on the cake. His score has counted twice for me so far, and projects to count again this week unless both Kupp and Egbuka go crazy tonight. And Egbuka may not even suit up.
Dallas Goedert was projected at 163 points and has already put up 96.60. His live projection for the season is 257 points which also makes him a bargain for $11 if he reaches that total, or anything close.
Hopefully I'll be fine with seek unless the cut line goes crazy and/or if I fail to add any points tonight.
I have
136.45 right now with remaining players: Montgomery - 3.7; Kupp - 9.6; and Stroud and Darnold - 17.15. Also Egbuka - 9.6, but I'm not counting on him suiting up.
Defenses really let me down again this week, scoring only 3, 3, and 0. Last week was 1, 1, and 1.
Irrelevant note: Last year's cut line in week 7 was 126.65, with only 2 NFL teams on bye.
Good luck to everyone who is sweating the cut line this week
