Crack is way cheaper than juice these days.Crack in fruit is a good diet plan... but it's expensive, and once you're hooked...1pm. So far I had coffee and a handful of almonds. May go crack some fruit in a bit.

Let me know when you're averaging over 2lbs a day weight loss and then let's talk, mkay?Otis now that your ironman-like run at the juice diet is over, please change the thread title to "DrJ spewing diet advice". At least he appears to have some staying power.
I used to average almost 3 lbs a day for up to a full week back in my younger days.Feel like a million bucks. My problem was either lack of coffee or the gallons of poison I was ingesting. If he's feeling good, his problem yesterday was the lack of coffeeHe's wearing his "juicy" sweat pants, if that answers your question...How you feeling?1pm. Really?I'm 6'4" with a large frame and my goal is 220. But I'm trying to add muscle too. When I was in the Army I was around 205-210 and relatively lean. At 6'1", I would think your target should be closer to 200lbs, unless you're planning on being super jacked.I personally have lost about 20 lbs so far this year (285 to 264). Been eating salads at lunch instead of fried crap, and generally trying to limit my caloric intake as much as possible. I also have been doing the Power 90 workout off and on.Still have a BUNCH to go to my goal of 220 (6'1" and large frame), but well on my way.fwiw, since New Years, I'm down 8 lbs on a much smaller frame: 153 -->145. I haven't skipped a single meal, I eat as much as I want, and I feel like I'm 22 years old again. I hope to loose 3-5 more lbs before I plateau out.![]()
baby steps man. 220 sounds like a fantastic goal for someone starting @ 285.Really?I'm 6'4" with a large frame and my goal is 220. But I'm trying to add muscle too. Shh. This is a perfect way to weed out the clueless. After they all hang themselves we can come back through and count the bodies.Right, because that bodyfat scale is so precise that we can tell anything from it

I was about the same as the bolded above at one point, probably best I ever looked and felt. I'd kill to get back down around 205 and even sniff 200...Really?I'm 6'4" with a large frame and my goal is 220. But I'm trying to add muscle too. Meh, I have been under 200 once since high school, and it was WAY too skinny. Who knows, maybe I will get to 220 and decide I want to go farther. I'm 6'3" but on a thin frame. I was max up to 218. When I gain weight it all goes to my gut.
