Blueprint Juice Diet (4 Viewers)

1pm. So far I had coffee and a handful of almonds. May go crack some fruit in a bit.
How you feeling?
He's wearing his "juicy" sweat pants, if that answers your question...
If he's feeling good, his problem yesterday was the lack of coffee
Yeah, I know... but play along man!
Odds Mrs O owns a pair of those sweats?

XShe'd despise those things. She's got way better taste than most of us here.

Sorry for your loss...

fwiw, since New Years, I'm down 8 lbs on a much smaller frame: 153 -->145. I haven't skipped a single meal, I eat as much as I want, and I feel like I'm 22 years old again. I hope to loose 3-5 more lbs before I plateau out.
I personally have lost about 20 lbs so far this year (285 to 264). Been eating salads at lunch instead of fried crap, and generally trying to limit my caloric intake as much as possible. I also have been doing the Power 90 workout off and on.Still have a BUNCH to go to my goal of 220 (6'1" and large frame), but well on my way.
Really?I'm 6'4" with a large frame and my goal is 220. But I'm trying to add muscle too. When I was in the Army I was around 205-210 and relatively lean. At 6'1", I would think your target should be closer to 200lbs, unless you're planning on being super jacked.

baby steps man. 220 sounds like a fantastic goal for someone starting @ 285.

I was about the same as the bolded above at one point, probably best I ever looked and felt. I'd kill to get back down around 205 and even sniff 200...

Meh, I have been under 200 once since high school, and it was WAY too skinny. Who knows, maybe I will get to 220 and decide I want to go farther. But that is my goal at this point.

Otis, you know what is going to happen when you eating nothing all day... you are going to binge when you get home. :scared:

I'm 6'3" but on a thin frame. I was max up to 218. When I gain weight it all goes to my gut. I keep myself now between 195-200.

Double decker pizza from Bill's Pub today. If this is unhealthy, that's just fine.
We're here to dogpile Otis, not listen to you wax poetically about eating whatever you want whenever you want. Please use the "Start New Topic" button instead of leeching off Otis' misery.

I'm selling a system that prides itself on laziness. I'm not about to go building my own audience when there's one right here.

xI ate very low calorie every day this week, and not once did I go home and binge. Just need to do that for a few months and I'll be at my goal weight. Pretty easy.BURN

can you go a couple of months without the binge? Before answering, please keep in mind how amazing mint Oreos are.

Body fat went up. You're body is consuming muscle mass not fat. ;) . And you'll want to keep that scale on a hard surface, and to get consistent readings, at least keep it on the same surface. And let me know if you want help losing that 25-35 pounds.

Congrats dude. 10 pounds in three days is amazing. You've got me beat by 2 pounds so far, although the difference may be the $75 I still have in my pocket.
