It looks like the teams don't appear on the entry form now that the contest is locked. I wouldn't worry about it.So, If I do not see my team on the entry form page, does that mean I have no entry??? don't the rules state that the best 3 WR's each week count towards your total? IF so how are they over-rated?Stud WRs are always overvalued in a best ball league. I never even considered spending $20+ for a WR. Instead I loaded my roster with sleepers who seem poised for big things. Berrian, Holmes, Curtis, and Curry are the backbone of this unit. These four guys are some of my favorite value picks this year. I expect them to significantly outperform expectations. Berrian and Holmes in particular have the potential to shatter their price tag. Toomer and Engram are extremely undervalued in best ball/survivor. Both guys could be top 30-40 in ppg. At just $3 a pop, I felt that they were great additions. Demetrius Williams, Patrick Crayton, and Chris Henry were added for their big play potential. I realize that Henry will be out of commission for much of the season, but he'll be back in time for the important weeks. Quantity trumps quality at WR in best ball. This group lacks star power, but should nevertheless be a strong point.
He said that stud WRs are overrated in this format. Last year I had Larry Fitzgerald, and I agree with EBF. Notice that..thats one guy I wanted and bet he cost little if listed!QB - Drew Brees - 21QB - Matt Schaub - 10QB - David Garrard - 2RB - LaDainian Tomlinson - 70RB - Willis McGahee - 29RB - Adrian Peterson - 23RB - Jerome Harrison - 2WR - Marques Colston - 27WR - Bernard Berrian - 16WR - Kevin Curtis - 10WR - Craig Davis - 5WR - Wes Welker - 3WR - Anthony Gonzalez - 3WR - Jacoby Jones - 2TE - Bo Scaife - 9TE - Reggie Kelly - 1TE - Robert Royal - 1PK - Jason Elam - 3PK - Neil Rackers - 2TD - Baltimore Ravens - 7TD - Minnesota Vikings - 3TD - Arizona Cardinals - 1Total value: 250 Did anyone else notice that James Jones wasn't an option? Was this already discussed?
I suppose if your stud WR it out with injury - then yes. I took ho-hum Harrison and TJ Housyourmamma....lots of catches and TD's....backed up with DJack, Crayton, Curtis, Jacoby, Welker, Shaun MacDonald.....so I think I'll have a good shot at 3 good WR's each week.He said that stud WRs are overrated in this format. Yeah, I know. I shot Joe Bryant an email about it, but, he never replied. I must say, I was a bit disappointed.Notice that..thats one guy I wanted and bet he cost little if listed!QB - Drew Brees - 21QB - Matt Schaub - 10QB - David Garrard - 2RB - LaDainian Tomlinson - 70RB - Willis McGahee - 29RB - Adrian Peterson - 23RB - Jerome Harrison - 2WR - Marques Colston - 27WR - Bernard Berrian - 16WR - Kevin Curtis - 10WR - Craig Davis - 5WR - Wes Welker - 3WR - Anthony Gonzalez - 3WR - Jacoby Jones - 2TE - Bo Scaife - 9TE - Reggie Kelly - 1TE - Robert Royal - 1PK - Jason Elam - 3PK - Neil Rackers - 2TD - Baltimore Ravens - 7TD - Minnesota Vikings - 3TD - Arizona Cardinals - 1Total value: 250 Did anyone else notice that James Jones wasn't an option? WRs are overrated in best ball because you can get roughly the same production from 2-3 cheap WRs that you can get from 1 stud. I'd much rather have Bernard Berrian, Santonio Holmes, and Amani Toomer than Chad Johnson.don't the rules state that the best 3 WR's each week count towards your total? Jeff King would have been money too. A Panther TE wasn't even an option.Yeah, I know. I shot Joe Bryant an email about it, but, he never replied. Could be tough with Brady/Culpepper as your only QB options. May be a tough week for you when NE is on a bye, or, if Brady has a bad day.QB-Tom Brady $26QB-Culpepper $ 4RB-Tomlinson $70RB-A. Green $23RB-V. Morency $15RB-K. Faulk $ 6RB-A. Thomas $ 4RB-TJ Duckett $ 2WR-T.O. $40 WR-S. Holmes $14WR-W.Welker $ 3WR-A. Gonzalez $ 3WR-B. Smith $ 2WR-C. Henry $ 2TE-O. Daniels $11TE-B. Utecht $ 4TE-B. Franks $ 3PK-Gostkowski $ 4PK-O. Mare $ 3TD-Baltimore $ 7TD-Green Bay $ 3TD-Arizona $ 1

Housh and Curtis out week 5...meh. The one I'll admitt concerns me week 6 - Marvin and DJack. If you make it to these weeks..you got 2 starters out in week five and 2 in week six..rest of your wr's are not starters.I suppose if your stud WR it out with injury - then yes. Having only 2 QBs is very risky IMO. I would say borderline crazy. But hey, that's just me.2 QBs and 3 PKs??![]()
