HAven't set my clocks back yet (1 Viewer)

I can't believe we still do this in 2012? Who can stop this? A president?
I'd go a step further. A Presidential candidate should run on a platform of setting our clocks back one hour EVERY week. 4.2% productivity increase compounded weekly. Problems solved.

Man, I didn't even realize that it had switched yet. Between my main time implement being my cell phone and computer, they change themselves automatically.

LOVE the extra hour of daylight at end of day. It gives me a 5% chance of seeing daylight before going home from work.

Easily worth one weekend giving back an hour. Deal with it, #####es.

:goodposting: - I love it so much I did it a day early so it would be light until 7:45 today. WINNING!

That's a pretty good idea for the country to adopt. Fall back on a Saturday night so you get that extra hour to sleep in on a Sunday morning. But spring forward on a Friday night so we'd get the hour of light Saturday night and have an extra day to adjust to the lost hour before the work week.

It worked for Enron.

Had a conversation with my wife about this yesterday...

wife: We gain an extra hour sunday morning, right?

me: well, not reallly.

wife: spring "forward", fall "back", right?

me: yeah... but that doesn't exactly equal an extra hour.

wife: I get an extra hour of sleep.

me: only if you get up at the same time you were going to. You will need to set you alarm to make sure you wake up at a time other than a natural time.

wife:

me: If you go to sleep at midnight, and wake up naturally... You really didn't get an extra hour of sleep.

wife:

me: There is still 24 hours in a day.

wife:

me: you need to set your alarm to a time where you would actually gain that hour.

wife:

me; :bowtie:

wife: You know I'm only with you because you make great :moneybag:

me: :(

Ok. I wake up and see it is 130 in the morning on my phone. Is there a way to tell if it is the first 130 or the second 130? I really don't know how many more hours I get to sleep.

What difference does it make? There can't possibly be anyone who is counting on you.
That is probably true. You on the other hand could cause porn traffic on the net to decline by 10 percent if you failed to show up. An entire industry depends upon you. We all ca't be that important. : kicksrock:

Is it really 3:33 now? I don't know where or who I am...this stuff is confusing. Just randomly woke up.

It only took one year for me to forget to do this. Granted the kids had a game and a practice and the wife and I had an event last night so maybe it's best I forgot.
