Nothing like a good kicker poll. Both these guys do tremendous work. I tend to lean towards Herman because he specializes in them. And it's hard to tell because kickers are so inconsistent anyways. But for those of you guys who look at both or for the folks who swear by one or the other, who's your pick?

Actually, to be honest I do look at Herman's rankings. Dodds' numbers for kickers are pretty much just spit out results of computer data, while I think Capybara's analysis goes deeper.

It's up now.I've leaning towards listening to Cappy, but he's lead me astray a couple times this year - noboy's perfect!

If you are talking about the preseason rankings, they both did a really good job.Both were very low on Janikowski compared to other staff members (Herman #26, Dodds #22). They both were high on Matt Stover compared to other staff members (Herman #4, Dodds #5). I'd give the nod to Herman overall, in large part because he was so much closer on Robbie Gould (Herman #18, Dodds #32).
