Same. The Giants are one of my biggest misses this year as I thought they'd be much better than they're showing.

Last year was a couple of things. One, they were just 9-7-1. But bigger, they were on the right side of close games. https://champsorchumps.us/team/nfl/new-york-giants/2022

I'm mostly banking on Daboll there but they've for sure been less than I expected.
 
Giants opened a slight favorite. Now Seahawks are a slight favorite. Possible Barkley's status as the week went on was a factor. The Seahawks will be short a
couple starters in their secondary but they do get Adams back. Metcalf is hurting but playing. Thomas out again for The Giants is big. Giants have Dolphins and
Bills next up both on the road. Could be staring at 1-5 after six games. Seattle gets their bye next week then Bengals,Cardinals and Browns. Could be poised for a run.

reality show,each week is a new adventure heck each GAME is a new adventure. I'm going to ask my 4 year old granddaughter to pick one of the teams. Then ask her
for two numbers with the higher one being the team she picks score. Ready?...

New York Giants- 24
Seattle Seahawks- 23
 
Breida needs to fall forward for a couple of yards to secure a victory for me.

I’m not feeling overly optimistic.

But, the Seahawks seem to allow points to be scored at times.

Ever since he was listed as doubtful I have just assumed he was out and hadn’t heard a sniff of him playing.

Just looked. Last update I saw was he was listed as doubtful and had limited practice on Sat (for the 3rd straight day). Likely doesn't play, so will roll with Lockett.

That's the score that keeps flashing before me and I don't have sound reasons why.
Maybe it's the absence of Saquon and the Giants 3-7 record with Jones when Barkley is OUT
Maybe it's Daniel Jones 0-6 record on MNF, always a first for everything.

Just feels like the Seahawks should win but are the Giants heading towards a 6-11 type season?
I'm a little leery but only because of the Giants jerseys not so much the actual players especially their offense

I would rather have any of the Seattle's Top 3 WRs on their roster over anyone in a Giants uniform

Maybe I should be posting 28-14 but it feels like about a 1 score game in the end

There is no denying that Jones and the Giants are abysmal in primetime games.

Maybe the third time is the charm this year. Still have two more after this...Biils week 6, Eagles week 16.

Kind of miss 1pm games from the G-men.

For context on the 0-6 MNF record, the opponents and their end of season record.

2019 vs Dallas 8-8
2020 vs Pittsburgh 12-4
2020 vs Tampa 11-5
2021 vs KC 12-5
2021 Tampa 13-4
2022 Dallas 12-5
 
I haven't seen either of these teams play yet so a fun Monday night game. I generally expect Seattle to win but going way out east on the road will be a challenge. No predictions just want a fun game.
 
This should be an interesting game to watch.

I'm looking forward to it.

Giants haven't looked good this year and I can't get over the Seahawks getting smoked by the Rams.
 
The key is both teams have a hurting O line, so points should be decently scored. The question is will we see Daboll lighten the leash on Jones, and will Jones look to throw deep off his 1st read.
 
i absolutely enjoy when there is only 1 primetime game like TNF, SNF, MNF, even the doubleheader where I can switch between just 2 games vs 10 on Sunday at 1:00
Why?

-First off, it's a great opp to assess skill players even if you don't have a current stake in them, I keep good notes for future endeavors.
-Second, I like how a lot of folks pile in from the Shark Pool and post their .02
I get a lot of info and takes from people watching the same game I am.
It's a chance to catch up and get some hot takes from people with a lot more passion than the average fan at the bar
 
That's the other thing that is going to be noticeable.... Wan'Dale Robinson is one of the reason the Giants felt comfortable trading Kadarius Toney. Wan'Dale is a weapon at WR and at RB. He's coming off an ACL tear so how quickly he gets back to speed is important.

EDIT: ... why is Jones trying to get Parris Campbell killed?
