There are some movies which may not be very good but whenever you see them being shown on TV you have to sit and re-watch them.  Just curious as to what your go-to movies are that you never pass up when you see them on.

For me, the list includes:

Notting Hill; Monty Python and the Holy Grail, Mr. Baseball, Zulu, Starship Troopers, The Big Lebowski, Groundhog Day; The Princess Bride and Spinal Tap.

Sorry if Honda but didn't see anything in a search.
A couple obscure ones, Gunny Highway, and a well crafted drama.

High Road To China.

City Heat.

Heartbreak Ridge.

Indian Runner.

Prince of Tides, The Mirror Has 2 Faces, Beaches, Father of The Bride 1 & 2, Rainman, Alfred Hitchcock's work, most of Steven King... come to mind right now.

Wrong thread, this isn’t the thread for movies that make you change the channel?

I know they’re all time classics, but I can’t make through Godfather I or II once, let alone multiple times. Does sleeping during the movie count?

Terminator 2

A League of Their Own

Major League

The Matrix

The Princess Bride

The Rock (guilty pleasure)

Inception

This man gets lists.

Did anyone mention Fight Club?  Great movie.  But honestly, if it's on, I'll watch it just up until the part where Norton shoots at Pitt in the parking garage.  Just to hear the line:

WHOA! WHOA! WHOA! Ok, you are now firing a gun at your 'imaginary friend' near 400 GALLONS OF NITROGLYCERINE!

One of my all time favorite lines based on humor and delivery.

I agree on all those except Trainspotting. Great movie but one and done for me. It’s a little too disturbing.

Godfather I and II

Shawshank

Usual Suspects

Dead Poets Society

Tombstone

Field of Dreams

Princess Bride

Sleepy Hollow (ever year around Halloween)

Rudy

Saving Private Ryan (Veterans Day)

V for Vandetta (November 5th)
