Jameis looks good...Godwin just went up and over Slay. He's legit.

What's his story, is he in trouble with the law?Robby Anderson is pretty good.
The first snap went to Blount but he and Johnson swapped back and forth on the first series with Riddick sprinkled in on 3rd downs (Johnson was also in on at least one 3rd down).Did Abdullah start for the Lions?
he's also pretty close to being the next Josh GordonRobby Anderson is pretty good.
That makes sense - thanks. The first snap went to Blount but he and Johnson swapped back and forth on the first series with Riddick sprinkled in on 3rd downs (Johnson was also in on at least one 3rd down).
Abdullah getting the nod during the first two preseason games was almost certainly DET showcasing him.
I tried to trade him for a 6th round rookie pick next year got rejectedI bought Pryor in a couple places actually so I'm glad to see him do something. He's been hurt up until now but if he's actually healthy, I don't think it's close at all between his talent and the other WR's on that team
Rob Kelley being in the running for a 3rd straight year for a starting NFL RB job is the most improbable thing I've ever seen.AP just proved how terrible the Skins RBs have been for Cousins and their OL for the past two years, and were going to be for A Smith this year. Guice was a good solution. AP is a nice 1 year replacement for Guice.
Kelley has no vision, no footwork, and can't read the play. The only person in DC that likes him seems to be Gruden. AP spends 3 days in a uniform and already has it figured out.
In Gruden's offense, expect 750 yards and 6 TD from AP. Which is very good the way Gruden uses RBs
Since I think Antonio is one of those guys that will be good for a long time I will say Brown, JuJu and Washington...Fun question, two years from now, which team will have the best trio of pass catchers?
I started thinking about this when I looked at the potential of Evans, Godwin and OJ Howard.
Probably a bad trade made last year when some dude dealt a future 2 for Kelley and that turned into the 2.01 this year.Rob Kelley being in the running for a 3rd straight year for a starting NFL RB job is the most improbable thing I've ever seen.
So bad.Probably a bad trade made last year when some dude dealt a future 2 for Kelley and that turned into the 2.01 this year.
*puts into FBG Contest notebook*Sig Bloom (I think) posted on twitter (I think?..it all runs together) that Brady's week 13-16 (ish) dip in production is real over the last several years. Sorry wish I had the data in front of me, but just wait at QB all day every day.
Probably within seconds of me drafting him tonightMontgomery hurt his foot.
This sounds really low to meFBG projection: Adrian Peterson WAS 125 carries 475 yards 3.8 TDs, 12 rec 90 yards 0.7 TDs
Yeah that is a hilarious projection. I would have given him that as a free agent lol. This sounds really low to me
id literally double it all as a floor
Except Anderson has no history of substance abuse.he's also pretty close to being the next Josh Gordon
Thank you. Last year AP was a well that filled up once a month. The water was great but there wasn’t any left after that one drink. I’m not necessarily saying AP is washed up, though he has looked it at times in the last 2 years, I am saying that his body hasn’t shown that it still has the ability to be a workhorse RB. His recovery from a workload is long and unfortunately, AP is the type of RB who needs a full workload to succeed, he does not thrive in a rotation or as a change of pace guyWe discounting everything last year from AP over a half of preseason football?
Is the goal of preseason games to win?Bojang0301 said:Ah, good ol Todd Haley goalline play calling. Enjoy that Cleveland. You have Hyde and Chubb and he doesn’t run one ####### time from the one. It’s like he couldn’t understand a mathematical probability if you explained it to him in ####ty clothes that make you look homeless.
I think the difference might be a team willing to commit to him as a bellcow. If you look at the play by play of Peterson’s runs, there’s a lot of zero, one, and two yard runs in addition to some losses. But then he’ll pop off six and 15 and 20 yard runs in there as well.gabes1919 said:Thank you. Last year AP was a well that filled up once a month. I guess this is targeted at me since I’ve pumped Hill a couple times (mostly because it baffles me a guy can look so good as a Rookie and so bad the next two years - so was that due to injury or weight gain that had been addressed). Gillislee didn’t play ahead of him, and I watched that first half in detail as a Panthers fan.Bojang0301 said:Where is the Jeremy Hill consortium? Gillislee playing ahead of him again.![]()
In the game vs Miami, CJ looked fine. He had a couple of good runs between the tackles.I guess this is targeted at me since I’ve pumped Hill a couple times (mostly because it baffles me a guy can look so good as a Rookie and so bad the next two years - so was that due to injury or weight gain that had been addressed). Gillislee didn’t play ahead of him, and I watched that first half in detail as a Panthers fan.
James White opened with the starters on the first drive. Hill opened with the starters on the second drive. His first carry went for seven yard, and it he jumped up waving to the sideline. It looked like he lost a shoe or something. He was holding up one finger as if to say, “I need one play to get my shoe back on.” Gillislee played the rest of that drive, then they mixed in after that. Neither one of them had anywhere to run, but Carolina’s defensive line is going to shut down a lot of running games.
Other takeaways from this game:
1) we might all be sleeping in Dorsett. He ran exclusively with the Brady group along with Hogan and Edelman. He caught four balls from Brady. He was matched up against Carolina’s top corner for most of those - the rookie Jackson, but the Panthers have raved about him all camp. Dorsett has been around a full year now, worked with the team all offseason, and was a former first round pick (though perhaps an ill-advised one). Zero buzz. What if he’s 80% or Brandon Cooks?
2) Carolina is going to run CMC into the ground. He was the lead ball carrier without breaks for the vast majority of the first team offense. Cameron Artis-Payne played second. I thought CJ Anderson looked out of shape in their second preseason game, and once again he played with the third string deep into the second half. I wouldn’t be shocked if he’s cut, especially if they see something they like on the waiver wire.
3) Didn’t see much Gronk in this one or much Jacob Hollister. I wonder if the 2-TE sets are the wrinkle the Patriots have up their sleeves that they unleash week 1.
Considering CMC at 8 but gonna be hard to take him over Gordon or Fournette. Don’t think you can really go wrong with either of those 3.Barber and Cmac moved themselves up about 5-10 spots after last nights performance. I predict Cmac will easily start going in the 6-8 range and Barber moved himself into the earlier rounds. Kid looks great
Gordon or Cmac would be a tough choice. Both over Fournette IMO.Considering CMC at 8 but gonna be hard to take him over Gordon or Fournette. Don’t think you can really go wrong with either of those 3.
One more to add that I forgot: Curtis Samuel looks very good. I think he’s going to take Torrey Smith’s “job” opposite Funchess. I’ll also add that they’re rotating WRs a LOT. It might be hard for anyone to stand out.I guess this is targeted at me since I’ve pumped Hill a couple times (mostly because it baffles me a guy can look so good as a Rookie and so bad the next two years - so was that due to injury or weight gain that had been addressed). that move he did on the DB last night was super sick, dude is really fastOne more to add that I forgot: Curtis Samuel looks very good. I think he’s going to take Torrey Smith’s “job” opposite Funchess. I’ll also add that they’re rotating WRs a LOT. It might be hard for anyone to stand out.
I took him at 2.1 in a standard 12 man draft last night. He's going to have a huge year in both formats imo.Gordon or Cmac would be a tough choice. Both over Fournette IMO.
My homer view of cmac is clouding my judgement but after 3 games it looks like he will be one of the top if not the best rb in ppr.
Are you local? If so it's on a local network and NFLN is blacked out for the game.My observation is the NFL networks sucks showing me some BS show instead of the game when it clearly shows 1-4 PM should be the game on.
I live in Geneva, Ohio so not even close to local. Are you local? If so it's on a local network and NFLN is blacked out for the game.
This would explain his creativity as a route runner.BTW Keenan is a Huge STONER
By pedigree alone, White would get the nod. He's only played 5 games in his career so his potential is untapped in the NFL....I wouldn't count him out this season. Besides redraft I would pick white for dynasty leagues as well. Here's my take: The Bears are high on Burton, Arob, and Miller so it would take a lot for either one of them to crack into that top 3...along w/Gabriel's occasional big play. White would be next in line for opportunities. More than likely he will walk after this season no matter what he does, with an opportunity to sign with a different team, and probably a little higher in the pecking order than the 3-5th option he is with Chi. Wims on the other hand would be lucky to crack the top 4 receiving options on this team and would be in about the same place next season. Of course, my assessment is based on no injuries, trades...……..and a lifetime of following this team.Kevin white or javon wims???
Yeah no crap, and they don't offer a replay until Wed afternoon. Total garbage. I just checked the DVR and it looks like they cut to the TEN/PIT game late too - bunch of #######s.My observation is the NFL networks sucks showing me some BS show instead of the game when it clearly shows 1-4 PM should be the game on.
