At the end of the 3rd, the cutline is now 151.1. Unofficially of course.
And in Week 11, it was 154.45... stop scaring the good peopleIt could.. but keep in mind we are eliminating 50% of the pool. Historically, the cut has typically been 150+. If you look at Week 10 for example (no byes), the 500th team scored 176.00.![]()
Now who's scaring people!Jimmy!!!Cutoff now at 150.95.
On the bright side, the Eli TD had no impact on the cutline at all. It remains at 151.1. I'm assuming that means that all of Eli's owners are not near the cutline. It's interesting that Eli has completed passes to 7 receivers, but only Nicks is in the contest. This may be true for all teams, but I wasn't paying attention until tonight! And in Week 11, it was 154.45... stop scaring the good peopleIt could.. but keep in mind we are eliminating 50% of the pool. Now someone stop these guys from scoring!!!
That's interesting as Eli's TD put me back into things for the time being now that I'm at 152.05. I was out before, there were only 17 of us anyway. There either was or is a tie now and I must be slightly above said tie.On the bright side, the Eli TD had no impact on the cutline at all. It remains at 151.1. That seems odd. Not sure I'm going to be able to figure it out unfortunately, but I'm debugging on the fly...That's interesting as Eli's TD put me back into things for the time being now that I'm at 152.05. Organized Chaos sent me the raw data (rosters + scores through SNF) from his database. I then created an Excel spreadsheet that calculated each team's score as play occurred tonight. So where exactly are you guys getting the stats to calculate the cut lines?
My database is here FYI Xenopax (if you missed it) http://ffltools.com/fbg35k/ Anyone can see their teams scoring as the games are being played.Organized Chaos sent me the raw data (rosters + scores through SNF) from his database. Looks like 153.2 to me man, sorry. Can someone with the database check my score for me? Team name is MrBalloonHands. I think it's pretty close...
Just to make sure everyone is aware, the data to get this cutline has been about a point or so off every week, so keep that in mind. It's unofficial for sure.I have the unofficial cutline at 154.55. I'm sitting at 156.9, so I'll be sweating like everyone else who is close to it.
oh well, with my "studs" being forte, dmc, vjax, and dez; I really didn't deserve to stand a chance this week. thanks beanie wells and jimmy graham for keeping it interesting!Looks like 153.2 to me man, sorry. Can someone with the database check my score for me? 171.5. Thanks to the saints boys.Whew. See if i can sneak another weekMan, not looking good for me. About 130 right now, but my wrs(Jordy, Vjax, Dez did nothing)I have Moore, Manningham, and Jimmy Graham still left, so hopefully I pull my flex points from Jimmy, and Moore and Manningham can get a solid 12+. I just know I am at the mendoza line here![]()
172 - lots of Moore and Graham owners advancing to week 13 - it'll be interesting to run the contest querier tomorrow137.7Manningham and Moore, -5.9 and -4.5Manningham is questionable.Graham -11.1All three are heavily owned.:sweating:

Moving on with 173.Sitting at 151 with Pierre Thomas, Lance Moore, and Mario Manningham. Could improve a bit if any of them goes for 10+ tonight. Will be sweating it out but I'm glad to see the cut isn't already over 150 as I'd feared it might be.
Holy Sweet Baby BeJeezzus! After being depressed about this all day, Lance Moore and Pierre Thomas BOTH step up huge, lifting me from 128.9 to 159.0...should be good enough for my second straight trip to the final 500.Database junkies, I'm curious for those making the cut tonight, who was furthest away from making the cut before the game tonight? Is that an executable query? I feel like I gotta be close to leading that one.Doing my Touchdown Dance right now...Errr...looks like my "29 healthy out of 30 roster spots" roster may not make the cut this week. I've got 128.9 withierre Thomas (-6.3)Lance Moore (-4.5)Shawn Suisham and Lawrence Tynes (-13.0)I figure at best, I land in the 140's, and I don't think that's gonna do it.
One team had 88.4, with Brees, Graham, and Nicks. You were 43rd from the bottom. Wow, this has really been a tough week for the top 20 in the contest. But it just goes to show that past performance is no indication of future success.Updated. This is me also. I have not broken 180 on the season. But this does not bode well for winning it though.I'm gonna take that as encouragement, because my team has scored pretty steadily but never spectacularly.
Only one staff member still alive. Whew. Getting tight in here.154.55http://subscribers.footballguys.com/contest/2011/week-12.php
